In general, I do not recommend it. We went here three times to resolve the issue of issuing a new card!!! It's just impossible to have a nightmare, mom has a pension in this bank, if there is an opportunity, we will definitely change the bank!!! Here you need to spend time with employees not only how to communicate with customers, but also work on automating all systems!! It's just unbearable.
