Terrible service.
There is only 1 cash register and queues are constantly running because of this.
Then the terminal does not work and it is impossible to get a service through the terminal, they advise you to withdraw cash (i.e. pay%).
Then the system does not work and it is impossible to pay, for example, tax.
And the cool thing is that you only find out about the problems when you have stood in line for 30-60 minutes.
I do not recommend using this bank.

The payment closed the system as early as 16:30, it would be open until 17:00 in banks I know.

I was upset by the branch of this bank, which is located on the Kuylyuk-5 massif. I decided to top up my bank card, they promised me to do it quickly, but then I had to use all the resources....with difficulty, by the end of the day, they replenished my card.They thwarted all my plans.
