We've been here for the third time (October 5, 2025 - October 12, 2025). The hotel is surrounded by fruit trees and pine trees. It's quiet and peaceful. The food is excellent. The staff takes care of guests every day. In the evenings, there are various concerts, shows, and games, such as bingo. There are various entertainment options, including darts, water aerobics, water polo, volleyball, boules, and more. We plan to return next year, this is our favorite hotel.

The food is varied, except for breakfasts, they are more scarce, every morning plus or minus the same thing, the territory is magnificent, very well maintained and beautiful, it is clear that the hotel has not been renovated for a long time, but it is very well looked after and cared for. The beach is sand and pebbles, it is convenient to enter only from the pier, fortunately, there are as many as 2 of them! I liked the rental of water equipment, we had a good ride. The pool is large, the water in it is warm and clean. Nearby is the ancient city of Side, there is something to see, since you can easily get to it by bus (we had this: route number 11 - towards the city, 10 - back). In general, we were satisfied

**Vacation review** The rest was just wonderful! 🌴☀️ There were some minor nuances when checking in — the first room turned out to be dirty, but the administration changed it to another one without any problems. The standard rooms are quite old, the furniture is also not new, but the showers are clean and modern — it pleases! The hotel impresses with its stunning territory and high level of service. A huge, well—groomed, green area with beautiful corners for relaxation is a real paradise for nature lovers! The staff is very friendly, but unfortunately, they hardly speak Russian, so communication was sometimes difficult. In restaurants, the waiters are attentive, they promptly bring dishes and drinks. 🍹🍽️ The beach is sandy, but there are a lot of large stones in the sea. I advise you to take special shoes so as not to injure your feet (unfortunately, I have learned from my own experience that this is important). The guests are mostly foreign tourists. The program is very rich, with live music every day, lots of children's entertainment, and discos. In general, it is a great place to relax, where comfort, beauty and hospitality reign! ❤️

5-star hotels in Turkey often don't match their stars, but that's not about this hotel. This hotel is an honest five. I'm not a fan of clinging to every speck, so the review will be objective. Let's start with the pros. 1 nice communication of all staff with tourists. 2 They will always try to help you promptly with your question. 3 Restaurants are just a bomb, the food is delicious and there is a very large selection, you definitely won't be hungry here. 4 It is not customary here to leave towels on the sun loungers in the morning until 9.00 a.m. the staff will immediately remove them. So there are always free deck chairs.5 In the evening, a rich program for vacationers. 6 A children's club with Russian-speaking staff who will keep your child occupied with an interesting program. 7 There are many bars throughout the territory, a beach restaurant. Of course, there is a minus. For me, the entrance to the sea is not very good, there are large rocks, you need to enter carefully and wisely, otherwise a bruise on your leg is guaranteed. The beach itself is sand for kids.I definitely recommend the hotel. Russians are 10-15% here, the hotel is European. Everyone behaves respectfully.

The hotel is very nice, green, lots of trees, beautiful, well-maintained territory. The food is delicious, but I didn't have enough variety of meat and fish. Lots of cheeses, vegetables and desserts. The hotel is quiet, there are almost no children, the rooms are clean and fresh. There are events every evening, and the ancient city of Side is a 5-minute bus ride away, which is very convenient. The minor disadvantages are that it's not a very convenient entrance to the sea due to the large rocks on the bottom (but we swam from the pier, so it's not particularly critical), and I would also like to add some snacks to the menu of the bars.

Overall, we'd give it an 8 out of 10, and here's why: Food: everything was delicious, but without frills. If you were on vacation in Barut, you will understand what I mean)) for example, the red fish was salted once, there was no caviar, but it was still quite diverse and, most importantly, delicious. Room: very very tired and worn. It wasn't very comfortable, but it was OK. Service: we have no complaints, everyone is quite friendly and welcoming. Animation: it wasn't that relevant to us, but! There was live music, 3 or 4 times a week, and it was at a very high level, completely with live instruments: drums, bass, guitar, keys. We really enjoyed it! Yoga, archery, boccia, and aquajim are naturally available too) The territory is just super, huge green, lots of pines, palm trees and flowers, very beautiful! The sea: we swam from the pier, everything was ok. The pier seats were running out by about 9 a.m. And so European pensioners occupy the main part of the sun beds from about 7 to 8 in the morning))) Contingent: mostly Europeans, speaking German and French. They are about 90%, and there are very few Russians. This is not a party hotel, mostly over the age of 40, there are very few children. We went to the old town of Side, walked for about 40-50 minutes in one direction, along the road, but you can take the bus, there is a stop right at the hotel. We had a vacation in September 2025.

I stayed at the hotel in September 2025. The hotel is aimed at Europeans, the staff does not speak Russian. Advantages: Green area. The territory is always clean. There are indoor and outdoor pools. Minuses On the beach, the bottom is rocky, it is necessary to have corrals. Outdated equipment. The air conditioner in the room is leaking, dripping directly on my head. Local specialists can't do anything. The water in the room is only cold or hot, there is no average. Poor breakfasts. After lunch, from 14.30 to 19.00 there is nothing to eat. I'm hungry. There is a small eatery, but there are only cakes and ice cream. Well, there's also a woman who makes tortillas, but there's a long queue behind them. There's only booze in the bar. Cats are running around in the dining room, right on the tables, begging. Deck chairs should be occupied on the piers from 07-08 a.m., then there will be no room. But you can sit on the beach, and come to the pier to swim.

The hotel is wonderful, we lived in a villa by the pool. The rest was great, very quiet, which is what I wanted. Room service is at 10/10, thanks to our maid Yasmin, the menu is very varied, everything is delicious. The pool is clean, and water samples are taken daily. Great hotel! We had a vacation with my daughter in July 2025. The food is quite varied. Always fresh. Seafood 4 out of 5! Of course, there could have been more. We had a vacation in August 2025 for 3 adults and a child of 6 years old. The hotel is mostly French and Germans (30) each), and the rest are about equally divided: Dutch, Russians, Poles, Turks, British, Italians. The food is excellent (French-Italian bias): artichokes, pates, gratins, anchovies, etc. Of course, there are also Turkish dishes (lula, stuffed peppers, eggplant, rice....) meat is different (beef, chicken, tongue, turkey), fish is also different (salmon, dorado, and some other white), fruits: watermelon, melon, grapes, peaches, apricots, pears, apples, kiwis, figs. I won't write about sweets, as there are a lot of them, as usual. There is a pastry shop (open during the day) with cakes, biscuits and ice cream. As always, there are a lot of vegetables, both fresh and stewed and grilled. The territory is quite big and very green. There are always plenty of sun beds on the beach and under the palm trees. The pools are VERY warm at this time, not refreshing at all. There is an indoor pool, it's cooler, but there are a lot of people there from time to time, and even with children, it's noisy. Children's club. He works with a break for lunch and sleep, but the children always have something to do. There is a weekly schedule and you can choose an interesting activity. Aquarium, pizza cooking is free, but coloring the bag is 15 €. The playground is not illuminated after the mini disco. Free entertainment and sports: Water aerobics, volleyball, Table tennis, badminton, archery, water polo, 3 slides, giant chess. Sea: clean, very warm, with sand and huge rocks at the bottom. There are 2 piers. SPA: sauna and hammam are not bad, BUT Towels are not provided, there is no relaxation area, there are no lockers for changing clothes. In general, the SPA is generally inconveniently organized! Peeling + foam massage 45€ (52$) Bar: drinks, mostly local. There is champagne, JB whiskey, Bellis. The rooms and grounds are well cleaned. The hotel is decent in its category. You can recommend it.)

I liked that. A huge territory, lots of flowers, everything is tidy, there is no garbage, the grass is always mowed. There are many bars, the staff is dressed in a dress code. The bar was also updated every day. I enjoyed swimming on the pier))) Cons: Going into the sea with rocks, but it didn't matter to me. We hardly saw any discos in 8 days. Only stray musicians, but generally fine. There were discos outside the fence every evening. August 31 was a holiday for the Ottomans, the day of liberation from the British canon, and there was a powerful crowd. There are very few Russians, mostly Germans and French. I rode a water bike, took the most powerful Lux, I really liked it, although my muscles hurt for 4 days. It's hard to keep it at full throttle on the waves)

A very strange UAL, in the bathroom-shower gel and shampoo 2in1, tooth set.there is no brush + paste, towels were stained periodically after cleaning the room. Room cleaning for 3, the room was reached only on the k day, the dust was not wiped, the floors were not washed, the stains from bottles and sweets were not wiped on the table. The food is delicious. The beach is sand with pebbles to the sea, there are quite large stones in the sea, aquasocks do not save. There are no Russian channels. There is no Russian-speaking staff either. I'm definitely not going back to this hotel.

It's a wonderful hotel, I've been here for the 4th time. Stunning territory, pine forest. Very well-mannered, friendly, well-trained staff. Amazing food, varied, high-quality. Communication with the waiters and all the employees is one joy. There is only one drawback, but it is significant. However, this applies to almost all hotels. After dinner, it is impossible to sit, listen to the sea, or talk in the bar area. The roar is not music, but heavy rhythmic electronics that hits the head and nerves. I suggested to the manager, as an experiment, at least a couple of times a week to show on a huge screen, it's always on, old classic movies, Charlie Chaplin, Fellini, there are plenty of free movies and concerts online, EDITH PIAF, POVAROTTI, whatever. And what sounds like every night is nerve-racking- not music! And people want to communicate, dance to normal music, melodically.That's why we went into the pine forest, escaping from the noise.

It was my favorite hotel. We came here for the first time in 2010 and have been coming here again for several years. Despite the fact that Russians were not very liked and settled in lame rooms, they liked everything: the beach, the food, the service that went bad in 2016 and the awesome pier that was made in 2016 by 18+, the cleanest sea, turtles swam here with whom you could swim.After 2016, everything changed when the management changed and when the animators became managers, the hotel deteriorated very much and I realized that this was my last time in this hotel, no matter how much I loved it.(It's been 10 years and I still don't want to come here! We visited in September 2024. A huge territory with a relict forest. The entrance to the sea is terrible, we went to a nearby hotel. The room was bad in Sector H, the balcony was dug into the ground, it was poorly cleaned, the curtains were dirty. The food is good, the drinks are good. The animation could have been better. There were few Russian-speaking staff, and the girls from Kyrgyzstan who worked as cleaners on the territory helped us a lot. But the hotel is not the worst, you can go there once.

Great guys at the reception, there is something to compare, really well done, a solid five for them!!! The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied, the choice is large, you will definitely not stay hungry! The rooms are honestly tired, but with cosmetic repairs, I will not lower my rating for this, but if this is a fundamental point for anyone, keep in mind. There are practically no Russians, we met two people in total, it turned out to be unexpected for a Turkish hotel, as they wanted to find a friend for their child's vacation, so that there would be someone to play with, swim in the pool, etc. The contingent is pensioners and families with children. It will be boring for young people, keep in mind. And so we were satisfied, the clean pine-sea air, the morning smell of freshly mown grass, the singing of birds, a pleasant scented smell throughout the hotel, delicious food and the spring sun!

We chose the hotel in a short time, so we had to go here at our own risk. My husband and I and two teenagers aged 12 and 13. We spent 10 days. Overall, delicious food, sunshine and warm sea - we had a good rest. But the hotel itself caused a mixed reaction. I'll start with what I liked.: + varied and often delicious food + a pastry shop that is open all day + several bars on site in different locations + an additional snack bar where you can have brunch or lunch. + beautiful and high-quality evening shows + friendly waiters and bartenders + availability of non-alcoholic beer + the bed linen was changed three times during the rest + gorgeous green area, as if you live in the forest. What didn't you like: - the room stock is very old, the furniture literally crumbled - the worst room cleaning that I have seen in my entire extensive travel experience (the balcony was not cleaned at all, the surfaces were not wiped, the cups were washed somehow, the plumbing was not touched, etc.) - poor guest-relation work, our requests were not satisfied for reasons that were not explained to us. Just like an empty place - the lack of any clear navigation on the territory of the hotel, and it is very large. There was a map in one or two places near the main building, and another near the beach. That's it! And our room is a 5-7-minute walk from the beach, and we stupidly spent the first day trying to figure out where and how much. They didn't explain it at the reception or leave any information in the room. - There is not a single a la carte restaurant available for free in the ultra all inclusive package. This is the first time I've seen this - alcoholic drinks are only locally produced, foreign ones are sold for money, which is also strange for ultra all inclusive! - very weak daytime animation

Both we and the children are delighted. A fairly large and green area, pine trees and air 👍 We lived in a Family suite (2 rooms) in detached houses. The rooms are decent, without pretentiousness, clean. Everything you need to relax is there. The minibar is filled in a timely manner, cleaned cleanly, towels are changed in a timely manner. There is also a common 3- or 4-storey building on the territory. Both the buildings and the beach reminded us of a small town in Italy - Lido di Jesolo. Yes, there are practically no Russian speakers and immigrants from the CIS countries. Mostly Germans, British, Czechs, I think. The staff speaks mainly German and English, but they can also understand Russian. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception and in the children's animation. Although it was even better for us and the children when communication took place in English. There has never been a misunderstanding. The food is varied, there is a large selection of dishes and there is no pandemonium, everything is calm and measured. In addition to the main restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner), the hotel has a restaurant-bar at the pool from 12:00 to 16:00. Right there, not far from the pool, there is a pastry shop where you can drink coffee, tea, grab a dessert and ice cream from morning to evening. There seem to be about 5 bars with drinks on site. As lovers of the sea, we were surprised that up to 12 hours on the beach is practically free. Europeans prefer swimming pools. You can choose sun beds by the sea and by the pools, or you can also on a nice lawn. There are no super-duper separate water towns or pools with entertainers for children, but we didn't need that. Our 8-year-old and 13-year-old were quite satisfied with 3 water slides and a pool where they could hang out with other children. As for the food, it was high-quality, delicious, quite diverse, there were themed days at dinner, the staff was polite and there were a lot of good guys, especially waiters and bartenders. A lot of foreigners, again, the British, Germans, French and even the Swedes talked, all very friendly and good people. The sea is gorgeous, everyone writes about entering it that it is rocky, I don't know what to say about it, if the stones are confused, aqua shoes are bought and there are no problems, I calmly did without them and swam there, you just don't dangle your legs there like crazy) and then you won't hit) There is a two-hour disco in the evening, the DJ is a cheerful guy) on Wednesdays, so generally a party, who likes to dance - welcome, as they say. As for the rooms, we were in a villa with its own pool and bar - very convenient in fact, don't regret taking these rooms, they are very cozy. Overall : 10/10, I didn't find any super hard cons, this is a very good decent hotel!

There are several swimming pools, several bars, a spa center, a fitness room. Vacationers are mostly retired Europeans, chill by the pool during the day (watch sports shows on the big screen) in the evening they play cards, bingo, dominoes at the lobby bar. There are few young people, there are not too many children either, which is probably why the animation is quite modest. The hotel itself is not new, the last renovation was in 2018, the rooms are comfortable, neat, but cosmetic repairs would not hurt. The minibar is replenished daily, there is a safe in the room, a kettle, but there is no ironing room, an iron is also not provided. The room is cleaned without enthusiasm - but everything that needs to be done in a timely manner: towels are changed, the floor is wiped (not very diligently), the bed is made. As for the food, everything is about business. Nothing supernatural: every day there is poultry, meat, fish, standard side dishes, vegetables, fruits. For lovers of sweets, there is a pastry shop. If you don't have time for lunch, there is a cafe with burgers, shawarma, French fries. Burgers and shawarma didn't come in, but if you're hungry, you can have a snack. There were not many queues for food, everyone managed to take everything for themselves. At night, if someone didn't have enough, you can eat soup. If you overslept breakfast, there is a late one. Drinks are brought by the waiters, but you can pour tea / coffee yourself if you don't want to wait. Wine for dinner is poured locally, red and pink just for an amateur, white seems to be nothing. In the bars, of which there are several on site, you can order strong drinks and cocktails, alcohol is normal. In general, if you wish, you will not stay hungry and sober. What was missing was seafood (there were pasta with shrimp a couple of times all the time). It is not possible to take something with you (openly) or order something on a sunbed. The beach is sandy, there are a lot of sun beds, there are always free ones, if desired, there are sun beds on the grass very close by. The entry into the sea is very smooth and there is no great depth, but at the bottom the stones and boulders will not let you roam much - where the depth is knee-deep, you will already have to swim. There are 2 piers, you can not dive from them, but there are stairs - you can just go down for a swim. There are sun beds on the piers and entry is limited to 16 years old, on the left at least. The central pool with sun beds has a slightly more tense atmosphere, but it was always possible to find something. Parachutes, bananas and diving are nearby. Among the entertainment there are tennis tables, a volleyball court, water polo, darts, aqua aerobics during the day. In the evening, an animation program - live performances for those over 50 (in general, it is logical based on the average age of vacationers). It seems that even at night some kind of dancing is supposed (not visited). For children, a couple of water slides (from 12 years old without an escort is possible), a playground, a children's club (very modest), a children's menu and a children's area in the restaurant are also quite mediocre. As for the staff, they are very adequate, polite, friendly, it is clear that they are trying - this is a huge plus. Russian russians are few, so very few of the staff speak Russian, and English is also not good for everyone, apparently they were selected for German tourists. To summarize, for those who like a calm (very calm) measured rest on the beach or by the pool, for those who like to walk among the greenery, take a break from the city and those who find something to entertain themselves, it will be OK. If you need to entertain children or you want to drive and move yourself, go the wrong way.

We spent a week in this hotel. I liked everything very much, we lived in a villa on the 2nd floor. The rooms are very cozy and clean, you can see that everyone is trying and taking care of the guests. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, incredible blooms, lots of plants, and we were lucky enough to see hedgehogs twice, a real miracle. The food is delicious in the main restaurant, we ate at the restaurant buganville several times, it was delicious. Drinks, cocktails, everything that could be eaten and drunk, I liked absolutely everything! We were mostly at sea, we liked to chill on the pier. It was hot, of course, the sun burns out after 12, we came early in the morning and then went to the room, sometimes we also made trips to the nova mall.
