We agreed on a trip to Nesvizh on one date over the phone, but when we visited the office, it turned out that there was no tour on that date.Only for August, not July.To call back to clarify the date , as promised , they did not call back the next day and did not apologize.

The worst tour company in Mogilev. If you make a request for a tour selection, but you don't buy it because it's cheaper from others, they say it's a paid service and they don't have to select anything. All others make the selection without any problems. Requests for tour selection are often ignored altogether. Irina is an arrogant person, she doesn't really strain herself, she condemns those who ask the cost of the tour not only from her. Prices are always higher than other companies. I don't recommend it.
