The experience we had with the Turyap Metrokent representative office was a complete disappointment and a scandal of professionalism. We authorized a consultant named Safiye Yalcindag to rent our apartment in Ihlamurpark, we also handed over the house key and site access card. However, there was no search or Decryption for months. The notice of the house has expired, it has not been renewed. The rental authority has expired, but not a single piece of information has been given to us. Our house remained empty for months, it was not taken care of in any way. Despite such indifference, I opened my own ad myself and rented the house the next day. So the problem was not at home, but complete apathy. Communication and follow-up are the most basic issues in real estate agency; however, there is neither interest, professionalism, nor responsibility awareness in this representative office. When I went to pick up my key and site access card, I was shocked: the card was lost, and the key was found after a half-hour search. How can you expect trust from a business that can't even keep track of the items I deliver? Naturally, I was on my site in the face of all this indifference and irresponsibility. However, Ms. Safiye's attitude was extremely rash, reckless and completely devoid of work ethic. Although no information was given for months, pişkin pişkin was able to say, “the price of the house is high, there is no tenant at that price.” If that's what you think, why don't you keep us waiting for months and never inform us once? However, the real scandal was that an employee named Abdulkadir, who had nothing to do with this situation, walked over to us shouting in a completely disrespectful manner. This kind of aggressive behavior is unacceptable not even in a workplace, but anywhere. Real estate consultancy requires trust and respect; here we have experienced the opposite. It is really sad that the name of a well-established brand in Turkey such as Turyap is mentioned with such a disrespectful, uninterested and undisciplined representation. There is a bad management approach at a level that will seriously damage the brand's reputation. Customer satisfaction, follow-up, communication, solution-oriented... None of these concepts are present here. As a result, this process that I went through with the Turyap Metrokent representative office made me lose both time and trust. I got results in a day with my own effort, I did it in a day that they couldn't do for months. Which sums it all up. It is an unprofessional, uninteresting, irresponsible and disrespectful business. I definitely don't recommend it, don't even let it get in your way.
