1 star is a stretch. Disgusting provision of services; incompetent employees who do not respond for a week; they could not write a letter about the transfer (they were very busy), they had to seek access to mail and write on their own. I am amazed that such a company exists and that such a service even exists. I don't recommend it to anyone.
