Wasted time. Applied for a visa more than half a year before the trip. They said come back later (they applied early), issued the documents, waited 2 months sitting in the bot for an entry, when they realized that the links were not working, I had difficulty getting through (messages are rarely answered) to the manager. As a result, they said that there are long queues and now it is almost impossible to fall for a visa, either wait and hope or pay more. During this waiting period, they did not even warn that there were problems with applying for a visa. When returning the first payment for an unproven service, the commission was also charged at the client's expense. I won't come here anymore.
