The height of the restaurant above sea level is 310m. Admission 40 manat/person is a deposit that is spent in the restaurant. The price tag is very adequate, for example, a cradle of 16 manats, (in the center of 25 manats) everything is very tasty.
The restaurant offers a magnificent view of Baku and the surrounding area. The tables stand on a moving platform that makes 1 revolution per hour. People with weak vestibular will not be very comfortable because of the movement. And if, for example, you just stand and listen to yourself, then you can feel how slightly it wobbles due to the fact that the tower sways 6-10 meters from the wind to its height.

One of the symbols of Baku with a very good panoramic restaurant. Panorama, national and European cuisine, wine... You can perfectly meet the previously paid deposit of 40 manats (about 2,700 rubles at the exchange rate), or you can order more. Empathetic waiters, unique atmosphere... Being in Baku, I will definitely look in again. :)

Great views!!! It's worth visiting, just because of them!!! The cafe itself is for 4 people, an unusual spinning cafe 👍👍👍 the menu is average, the price tag is above average one digit!!! But the panarama is gorgeous!!!

The most excellent place - stunning views, for only 20 manats. Moreover, they can/ should be eaten in the restaurant upstairs. You can eat for at least a few hours, there is a choice-the prices are reasonable
