The first time they called, I was at work - they said that they didn't deliver after 17 hours. We agreed on a weekend. I waited for Saturday and Sunday, but there was silence, and it was impossible to reach the deliverymen. It turned out that they just forgot about me! They brought it from 4 times, after 17 (it turns out that this is possible). The bike was dented and chipped. I didn't even unpack or look further. Just wasted time. In general, I do not advise anyone to order bicycles with delivery from this company.
