Briefly:
• Advantages: the staff is polite, the choice is good and quite wide, the prices are great and the goods do not bite, the store is very good.
• Cons: I didn't find them, and that's great :)
Today I had to change my bike, issued my old one through a trade-in and took a new one in installments, I didn't notice any problems for a couple of hours of active driving, it fits perfectly for the courier, I recommend taking some more accessories for the bike (bags, holders for bottle, flashlight, mudguards if not included) so that you can ride comfortably + and take care of your safety too. Everything is fine. Friendly sellers. Grandfather came to buy a pump to inflate the wheel. They just gave him a pump and asked him to bring it back when he pumped it up. I was surprised.

A good store, the consultant is polite, unobtrusive and knows well about bicycles. When I looked around the store for the first time, my eyes ran away, but the consultant asked for what purposes a bike was needed, well, since I thought I would drive quite decent distances, part highway, part intersection, he helped me pick up a bike with a fairly interesting frame geometry and I took it. Spare parts and consumables are of course expensive, I take spare parts in this store only if they are urgently needed, and so basically I order the lion's share of spare parts with consumables from Aliexpress 3-5 times cheaper. I did not come for warranty service because I gained experience in repairing and servicing a bike in a short time.

We bought a bicycle here. The bike was checked, serviced, filled out the documents and told when it arrives for that. Somehow you will need a special bolt (tore off the thread) I wanted to buy from them, they gave it for free. Thank you.

Qualified specialists and professionals in their field work here. Many subtleties and life hacks are known about bicycles. Great sellers, they even sell things that I don't need, but they do it so professionally that it doesn't even hurt. I bought 2 bikes from one of the employees (for myself and my wife).
