The territory is beautiful, yes The breakfasts are delicious, yes From the "buns" transfer to the Catch Beach beach club and discounts there for those staying at this hotel. The rooms are large , yes. And then there are questions : - why does the hotel have one restaurant for all occasions? Lunch menu = dinner menu . I won't go into details, but sometimes I want to stay away and have dinner at the hotel in the evening, but club sandwiches for dinner, that's it. - Why don't the rods have umbrellas? The sun bakes very hard and the palm trees planted around the pool do not save. - Why does a huge family room have one bathroom and access to it only through the bedroom? Having teenage children is not very convenient. - room cleaning also leaves much to be desired. The bonus was a squashed lizard in our room , between the doors , and stayed with us until we left . - Well, I don't like Kemal beach by itself, except for the place where this hotel is located.

I really liked the hotel, the rooms are cleaned cleanly, the staff is very friendly! Room on the 1st floor,in front of the room there is a table, chairs,in the evening you sit and admire the beauty,a large adult pool,a children's pool. More "dust in the eyes" upon arrival, then absolutely disgusting service, rudeness of the waiters, judgment breakfast, lack of seats by the pool. A few examples: 1. They came for breakfast, they don't have a buffet, the waitress has to serve. As a rule, they should immediately come up and offer drinks and bring a plate of fruit (rather meager, at the same time they bring if the visitor is one or several of them anyway the same portion of fruit) and so, the waitress came up took the order and everything was gone, no drinks or fruits, all those who came later serve us are not there. We asked another waiter, he reluctantly brought fruit, and we are waiting again... There are no drinks. Our waiter is simply not there!!!! I went up to the senior shift and asked for drinks from her, our waitress immediately came running and started talking to me naturally in raised tones. Then she brought everything and threw it on the table. It's super not professional, no apologies!!! Everything is in a boorish, intentionally rude form! 2, We went to the pool, as a rule, you don't have time to wake up in the morning, everything is already occupied everywhere, here on the third day in the middle of the day we see there is a good place for two, I went to get towels, put them down, I went to the bar to get drinks, my wife went to the toilet, literally it didn't happen and Five minutes, that's it... Our towels are gone! removed! 3. To leave, went to the reception to pay, ordered a taxi, asked to bring suitcases from the room. We are waiting for a taxi, the person who went to pick up our luggage in the room has also already returned, a taxi has arrived, get out... There are no suitcases!!!
