They did not call and did not say that they would not give it back on time, since the master was ill and did not even apologize for their joint, but the woman said well, they would have picked it up on Monday (AN URGENT ORDER SHOULD BE MADE in 5 days!!!!!) and then she added that you will go without a zipper, apparently you are not familiar with the changes. The mood is ruined for the whole day! In my opinion, people don't behave like that in the service sector!!
