The staff are very welcoming. The skate tech, named Alexander was so helpful and kind. He helped me figured out my skate size and even helped sort out the issue with the alignment of my blades. Other staff are also very kind and helpful. The customer service is just 100%. The prices here are also better than other places and they seem to have more options in terms of brand of boots and blades.

Спасибо огромное консультантам Николаю и Александру! Помогли определиться с размером коньков, научили правильной и быстрой шнуровке. Николай и Александр профессионалы своего дела! Читала в отзывах об этом магазине что навязывают много не нужного, но эти консультанты смогли разрушить этот стереотип и изменить отношение к магазину. Также очень приятно было купить коньки по хорошей цене и дешевле, чем в других магазинах. Магазин твиз очень понравился! Хороший ассортимент экипировки для фигурного катания и самые низкие цены)
