Positive Aspects: I like the fact that the coffee varieties are delicious and fresh. The decoration is spacious and warm, it is pleasant to sit inside for a long time. The upper floor is quite suitable as a working environment, the internet speed is sufficient. The staff is usually friendly and trying to be helpful. It offers a nice environment for group studies, meetings or spending time alone. Negative Aspects: The hygiene of the toilets is inadequate, it is not controlled, and there is a frequent lack of paper. The promised discounts are not being applied in some campaigns, which is disappointing. The quality of service is not always the same; sometimes it can be too slow and uninteresting. The upper floor is constantly full of club events, it's hard to find an empty table. The attitude of some employees can be rude or uninterested, which makes the environment unpleasant.
