I came to do a camber convergence in a Toyota car. The whole process lasted about 40 minutes. After that, the master receptionist called me and said that the car was ready. I paid off and after driving 300m I realized that the steering wheel is crooked in relation to the movement of the car. I came back and said I was in trouble. To which the master receptionist informed me that I needed to get in line. When I asked how long I would have to wait, he answered for an hour!!!!
I had to take the money and leave, I was not satisfied with the service! They refused to give the phone number of the higher management.. I am attaching a photo from the book of complaints and suggestions.. And my advice to you is to read their book before going to these students.. I am attaching a couple of photos from this book!

At first, I liked it too. I changed the rubber a couple of times... Then I noticed some kind of crackling. It turned out that the weights were glued so that they clung to the calipers. So far I've guessed, half of them have been cut down... Well, okay, it doesn't happen to anyone... But one day they just killed me! I went to them to change the bearing in the hub. They couldn't unscrew the bolt, they were warming it up... And they have weakened the nest of the silent block. When driving, he hung out and knocked. However, the entire rack was replaced for free. I just had to go buy it myself. They changed it. And again, misunderstandings - there was a strong vibration. I took off the wheel and...! The anther from the tripoid is torn off on the half-axis, one of the three bearings is missing. Subsequently, I found it lying on the stretcher at the bottom. Well, obviously they didn't fix the half-axis when they disassembled the suspension. She slipped under her weight (a torn duster is a witness). I'm back to them... But they refused to repair me, saying that I "disassembled it myself, broke it.".. No matter how much I complained, I was politely sent... A lawyer friend said, take it for examination, collect the papers... They will also pay you moral damages. I just thought, who will compensate me for the lost nerves and time. So I'm driving around this office for a kilometer now. It was six months ago, but the "delight" remained for life. Now I won't even trust them with a bike.

Of course, the level of service has dropped. Many things are diagnosed by eye. Even 5 years ago, when people worked around the clock, they were different and the service was excellent. Now everything is stupid - knocks, creaks, etc. - they name the reasons that turn out to be not the same if you go to the officials and eliminate them there. The elementary rattle of the thermal protection of the muffler was eliminated three times, and it was not eliminated - the officials had enough to come once and everything was found and done in 5 minutes. It's the same with the hum. They referred to the rubber and climbed for half an hour. I came twice pointing out that it was the bearing that was buzzing from my experience, I just asked to determine the side. They convinced me that the hub bearing was ideal. I spat and went to the officials - they sentenced the bearing in a couple of minutes and replaced it. The hum was gone. So sometimes diagnosing problems for them is just money thrown away and time lost. Spare parts are also advised only what is beneficial to them. If you say that the guys on the forum recommend Chinese pads for your car, for example, they will convince you otherwise and offer 4 times more expensive and only them. The joke is that after them I began to change the pads myself to Chinese ones from the forum, and they turned out to be perfect. So by, alas. Those are not the times anymore. It's a pity that Arthur is not there, who once worked like a god there and could be trusted with any car.

Then, apparently, the master realized that it was necessary to look under the compote, they lowered it. Then a consultation began between two more masters, they danced for 40 minutes near the car and did not understand how to change the air filter. I got tired of looking at it and went to the car. Two heads popped out from under the hood, and one of the assistants of the original master regurgitated to me: - Someone called you here..
I replied : - Apparently you can't do it, maybe I should go to another place where they used to change it?
This miracle master again growled in a rude form: - we can give the car away.
I decided to pick up the car. Since I realized that this task is not for one hour for them!!!!
The administrators are adequate and cultured people.
Until that day, I did a collapse on the Ford Explorer 2020, I had to return because the steering wheel was not exactly installed.
In general, I do not recommend it!!!

На удивление хороший маленький сервис формата у дороги. Можно отремонтировать колесо, сделать ТО, минимальный сервис и всё за очень низкую цену. Есть небольшая клиентская зона, где можно подождать авто. Расположен удобно.

Хороший сервис, есть даже скидки постоянным клиентам, минус звезда за то, что мастер выполнявший шиномонтаж почему-то вместо 15 , указал у себя 16 , потом конечно поправили, когда я обратил на это внимание, но осадочек остался. Хочется надеяться, что это единичный случай.

Делал развал всегда у них на рабочих машинах, но последний раз поехал сделать развал на лада Ларгус, цена по телефону после того как записался была 32р, но после того как сделали работы цена стала 42, обоснование у вас ФУРГОН, на вопрос какая разница в жёсткой форме ответили есть разница, но разница только в том что нет стекол сзади как в универсале..... В заказ наряде указали "передняя ось микроавтобуса, внедорожника", наверное я что то не знаю про лада Ларгус фургон))). Так что вывод один, наверное там очень жадные люди работают что надумывают какую-то странную причину что бы взять на 10р больше, наверное они им очень нужны)

Регулировка фар не их конек, отрегулировали фары и сказали «авось прокатит», делал перед техосмотром. Сделали так, что на самом техосмотре сказали «Кто вам так плохо сделал?». Так еще и при расчете сказали сумму на 10 рублей больше, потому что фару снимали, хотя не предупреждали, что это платно. На техосмотре сделали за них работу за 5 минут, там это заняло 30 минут и эффекта ноль.

Приехал по записи на шиномонтаж и сход развал. Сходу начали просить документы на машину,но это не всё,как выяснилось за процессом работ я не могу наблюдать,так как находится в цеху запрещено. Как так? Сделайте тогда видео наблюдение с выводом на экран,чтобы клиент видел ход работ. Одним словом зря потрачено время и бензин. Одназначно не рекомендую данное заведение!!!

Разводилы, называют одну цену, по приезду оказывается деталей уже нет, но есть более дорогие.
Выполняют работы, не оговоренные в заказе. И постфактум включают в чек. Разговаривают хамовато на повышенных тонах.

Работают отличные слесаря, делают аккуратно и профессионально. При замене моторного масла, которое у меня было свое. Не хватило до нормального уровня, т.к. были доливы по ходу эксплуатации. И слесарь это отметил в акте проделанной работе и подсказал менеджеру. Также предоставляют скидку при постоянной обслуживании. Респект! Продолжайте в этом духе!

Добросовестность выполнения работ ужасные ! Никому не рекомендую обращаться (возможно только по этому адресу), был постоянным клиентом и больше к ним не поеду! После смены масла вынужден обратиться к экспертизе и другому сервису для проверки сделаных работ (отзыв дополню).
Смена масла 24.12.2022 отдал мастеру фильтр, масло, алюминиевое кольцо. После оплаты работ на вопрос "отдайте старое кольцо (для контроля)" мастер сказал что его там не было. Я был постоянным клиентом и менял масло только там, исчезнут с машины кольцо не может!
Претензия:
- если новый мастер не обманывает, значит прошлый раз в этом сервисе сделали очень плохо, потеряли кольцо и скрыли проблему.
- или новый мастер обманул, а старое кольцо просто потерял и не признался, свалив вину на предидущего.
- или новый мастер тоже сделал неправильно и просто надел новое кольцо на болт, не заметив и не сняв старое.
- в любом случае при обнаружении проблемы при сливе масла - нет кольца/потерял мастер обязан был уведомить клиента и позвать, а не скрывать проблему. Менеджер сказал "ну раз не капало масло то и нет претензий"

Делал развал, сделали очень плохо, вернулся, переделали, и тоже самое руль стоит криво тянет очень сильно в право.. сам с Москвы ну думаю приеду в свой нормальный сервис сделаю - приезжаю а тут мне говорят что резьба на тяге уже сорвана, работа называется - «и так сойдёт» вообщем нужно теперь тягу менять. Ну удачи могу только пожелать сервису с таким мастером.

Высокое качество обслуживание. Ремонт, шиномонтаж претензий нет. Перед обслуживание обязательна запись. Хотел в своё время сделать развал на w123 отказались сославшись на отсутствие программы(
А в остальном все хорошо

На этом сто меняли топливный фильтр. В результате я доехал до своей стоянки без приключений, но на следующий день оказалось,что моя машина (ей еще нет три года,почти новая) не заводится, а когда завелась, то из-под днища большим напором пошел бензин, который попадал на систему выхлопных газов. Представляю, еслиб это произошло (не закрепили должным образом трубки от насоса к фильтру) во время движения и бензин попал на раскаленные части катализатора. Интересно, смогла бы сто мне купить новую машину взамен сгоревшей и заплатить мне тысяч так около сотни баксов за моральный ущерб? В итоге, я "попал" на 60 руб помощи эвакуатора,чтобы мне исправили рукожопость "мастеров" этого сто в другом СТО.
