The interior is good, the staff was polite at first, the food is average.
They made an order, brought the dish to everyone except me. We specified about 5 times how long the dish would be ready, but the answer was the same - "Wait 5-10 minutes."
It has been more than 50 minutes since the registration, everyone has already had dinner, but they were still preparing my order. After a couple of minutes of clarifying the circumstances, the restaurant deigned to take out the dish.
I wanted to refuse, but the waiter's argument was -"We prepare dishes in fact, they cannot be canceled", "Well, I didn't promise you anything. These are your problems."
Unfortunately, all of the above is true. And I won't come here anymore.

Cozy, expensive, but not to say that it is just delicious. Some dishes, yes, such as: samsa, pilaf, kebabs - it's okay. But some salads are either tasteless or not what they should be. Beshbarmak is not like that at all: dry, cooled, potatoes are not half-baked tasteless, the meat is tough tasteless... I understand if you would have ordered from the menu, but you didn't have time to cook it. But it was at our banquet. As if they don't know what a beshbarmak should be.

Despite the availability of waiters, I did not wait until my order was accepted, I had to go to the waiter's counter and ask to accept the order. I ordered only beshbarmak and tea. According to beshbarmak, I can say that in another institution I liked it more, including serving when the broth was separate and there was still a tan. There's broth inside. Last year we came to the New Year's corporate party! We were promised a show program , music ! But instead there was a "surprise" part of the hall was rented either by the hospital or the morgue, but the fact is that they bought out the musicians and the entire show program, who worked for them all evening, ignoring everyone else! If we tried to dance and participate in the show, then their ladies started yelling, like we paid you for the cio !It was terribly unpleasant ! Evening on the smarty ! We are tourists from Moscow, read the reviews and came purposefully to eat pilaf. And they did not lose! We ordered different types and tried everything. The salad came as a bonus. We were satisfied and full! Beer, cognac Kazakhstan were like a nice addition!
The prices were pleasantly surprised.
This is generally a paradox of Kazakhstan: supermarkets are more expensive than in Moscow, and restaurants are the opposite. And this is just great for tourists! 🌝

Delicious, but expensive. I mostly come here for lagman, which is generally not bad. To have dinner with a lagman for five people, on average, about 30 thousand (lemonade, salad, baursaks and lagman) come out. The service is attentive. The landing is crumpled, apparently in pursuit of the number of seats, in general it is cramped. The parking lot is full of seams.

Запредельные цены. Просто спекуляция образом Узбекистана, но слишком дорого, чтобы полюбоваться этим образом. Интерьер действительно очень приятный. Атмосфера спокойная и расслабляющая (если постараться не обращать внимания на бесконечные коляски и многодетные семьи с орущими и невоспитанным детьми). Но (1) неоправданно высокие цены и (2) не особо высокое качество обслуживания оставляют неприятное впечатление. К примеру, в меню есть чай "средний" за 1700 тенге и "большой" за 2000. Вы заказываете средний, но в счёте у вас все равно 2000. И вообще - этот чай из золота?! Эта порция заварки стоит 20 тенге, плюс кипяток. В условиях тотального обнищания населения такая ценовая политика вызывает только отторжение и неприязнь. Больше сюда ни ногой.

Очень вкусно, очень не дорого, чудесное обслуживание. Чебуреки просто высший пилотаж! Благодарю повора и команду, менять место, что бы покушать, ни разу не возникло. Если покушать вкусно и безопасно, точно можно рекомендовать. Казахстан, благодарю!

Отличное сочетание цены и качества. Вкусно. Только очень нажористо- не берите всё сразу) Сервис на уровне, но без индивидуальности. В общем, для знакомства с местной кухней вариант хорош.

Ужасно устаревший ресторан. Заказывали баклажаны, так они на шпажку натянули пару сырых кусочков баклажана, меж ними помидорки дольками и тонкой струей майонез. Ужасно. За это взяли 2500 тенге примерно. Конечно у них чебуреки огромные вкусные, но вот этот салат конечно огорчил
