We rested in Sukhum for two weeks. We lived in the guest house "At Anaida". The owners of the house, Sarkis and Anaida, are very hospitable, friendly and kind-hearted people. Anaida takes care of comfort and coziness from early morning to late evening, creates a homely, warm atmosphere for all guests, Sarkis is a wise and kind person. From the first day of our stay in their house, there was a feeling that these were our relatives and we often stayed with them, although we had never been to Abkhazia before. Sarkis and Anaida give a piece of their soul to each guest. Thank you so much for your hospitality, kindness, warmth, generosity!!!

A great guest house and a gorgeous hostess. Not far from the sea, there is a dining room and a market nearby. The house is always clean and has everything. Summer kitchen, washing machines, toilets, shower. The hospitable hostess always treats you with brewed coffee. In general, a fairy tale near the sea. The rooms are gorgeous. I booked a room through tvil, paid the money, received a voucher for check-in No. 4643841, bitterly contacted the owner, to which I was informed that there were no places, that there was no reservation, that they did not have a tenant with the same name as me!they said that before booking a room, I had to contact the owner and check availability!(then I have a question, why did tvil charge me for the reservation if I have to resolve issues with the owner myself?) the woman, the owner of the apartment, said that she would make housing on all sites and resources available to her, so booking housing even through verified resources and sites from this owner does not give any guarantee for further settlement.
p.s.: draw conclusions for yourself, whether it is worth contacting her or not.
