When the window appeared due to the refusal of another patient, I was asked to take his place. Alas, I couldn't, but the idea itself is great. Unfortunately, this is not the case everywhere, although it saves the patient a lot of time and will allow the clinic not to lose income. Rating 5.
Naturally, I want to thank Dr. Maria Andreevna. An incredibly easy person in everything. From communication to golden hands. Since I had previously had experience removing the eight in another clinic, comparing the skill and quality of execution, I have the right to put 5 in tandem with the doctor and the nurse who worked with me.

At each stage, everything is explained in detail by the doctor, the treatment is comfortable and painless. If earlier I considered treatment only under sedation, then I was able to trust Svetlana Ivanovna, and she was able to find an approach to such a fearful patient. He is an excellent professional and an empathic person, which is important for those who have a fear of dentists. I can safely recommend the clinic and this doctor. However, it is worth considering that the recording is quite dense and if you have a long treatment, it is better to make an appointment for several appointments at once.

They put an implant in the clinic, then a temporary crown, which broke every week or two. The bottom line is that when I come back, I hear that the doctor (Kristina Ten) is working with this tooth only because I am a patient of the clinic, that initially she would not have taken this job. I asked another doctor then, and she replied that there were no others in the clinic.
Next, I find out that the crown on this implant will only stand if you put 3 more implants (one next to it and two seventh teeth on the opposite side.) Let me remind you that they installed this implant themselves and did not warn me that without the other three it is not functional.
At the moment, I have to go to other clinics to complete the implantation and find a way out. During the consultations, I find out that the implant is not properly positioned and no crown will stand on it, because it is not in the center of it and the load is distributed incorrectly!!! Nevertheless, I am offered solutions, which cannot be said about the clinic that supplied this implant
Time spent, money spent!! and every time the mood is spoiled after the visit by the dissatisfaction of the orthopedist. I have already left about 7 thousand in the clinic, but at the same time they talk to me every time as if I take up time with useless work.

On August 22, 2024, she applied to the clinic to install a crown on 46 implants and 47 teeth. I got an appointment with Ten K.S. Initially, the crowns caused great discomfort and the doctor simply ignored my arguments, saying: "We must be patient and get used to it." By the evening, I had to go to the clinic again due to severe discomfort. Ten K.S. categorically refused manipulations to eliminate unpleasant sensations in the area of crowns. Her arguments are simply absurd for a doctor: you still have to be patient, you will come the next day, I will NOT saw / remove the crown on the implant for correction, I WILL HURT my FINGERS!!!
After numerous requests, I still adjusted the contact point of the teeth so that the crowns do not press on each other. I had to convince and persuade the doctor for a long time!!! Neither I nor my family/friends set foot in this clinic anymore.

Faced with misunderstanding and unwillingness to go to a meeting with a patient in the very first communication, I can say that I will definitely not recommend the clinic to anyone!

Очень высокий уровень профессионализма врача, доктор работает по европейским стандартам, в кресле чувствуешь себя комфортно, вообще клиника - высший пилотаж, остальным стоматологиям Гомеля надо равняться. Сервис на высоте, чувствуешь себя в клинике как королева, отношение сотрудников с порога обволакивает заботой и вниманием к пациенту. Такого в Гомеле больше нигде нет, да и в Минске даже не везде так. Просто умницы, так держать!!!

I do not recommend it. On December 23, at 8 a.m., they called to make an appointment for a tooth scan, as her husband's cheek was swollen. The receptionist said that she had free time for 10 hours to consult a doctor. We immediately warned that we were coming from another city and might be a little late.
As a result, we waited 2 hours for the doctor to give directions for CT scan. After that, she said that it was necessary to remove two teeth, but she did not say that there was a large darkening in the sinus of the nose, which was clearly visible on the disk. This begs the question why prescribe a CT scan of the entire jaw, which is usually done before implantation and seeing a problem in the sinus, do not tell the patient about it, as doctors did in another clinic for a free consultation. Dear doctors, if you charge money for consultations, please provide high-quality services and give us comprehensive information on the picture. There is an unpleasant aftertaste that money is being pulled out of you. The result of this whole story is purulent sinusitis. Не понравилось. После посещения остался неприятный осадочек, что из тебя тянут деньги ни за что. Были с ребенком на консультации у ортодонта (случай не сложный), накануне при записи уточнялся вопрос проводится ли у них ортодонтическое лечение с помощью пластин (брекет системы нам не нужны были), ответили что лечение у них разнообразное не только брекеты, поэтому нужно сходить на консультацию. Стоимость 15 рублей.
Заключение ортодонта: брекет систему устанавливать в вашем случае нелогично, лучше исправлять пластинкой (что я и так знала в принципе). Но мы не работаем с пластинами.
Итог на кассе: 46 рублей!!!!
У них выросла стоимость, и теперь первичная консультация 46 рублей (а предупредить заранее нельзя было?)
И у меня вопрос за что я заплатила? Чтоб узнать, что они не работают с пластинами?Сразу сказать нельзя было, когда я спрашивала об этом?
В общем, за 5 минут осмотра почти 50 рублей взяли. Я была мягко говоря в шоке!

Очень рекомендую эту клинику! Я обратилась к доктору Кристине Сергеевне Тен и она полностью вела все мое лечение. Отлично, прекрасно, профессионально, внимательно. просто волшебница! Весь персонал внимательный. Дворонин Артем Арсентьевич это хирург от Бога. Стоит упомянуть, что я настолько боялась лечить зубы до обмороков. После лечения, удаления и протезирования в этой клинике ничего не боюсь!!! Рекомендую!!!

Отличная клиника! Проходили там лечение с дочкой у ортодонта Алины Игоревны. Специалист прекрасный, добрая, приветливая, ласковая, что очень важно в работе с детьми. Да и весь персонал очень вежливый, всегда с улыбкой. Предлагают напитки, если приходиться подождать. Есть детский уголок.

Уже очень давно обслуживаюсь не только я, но и вся семья- мама и дочь! Очень хорошее оборудование, приветливый персонал, очень четко с записью, Напоминания и смс как по часам! Хочется отметить врача Тен Кристину Сергеевну! Более педантичного врача вы не найдёте нигде, у нее реально ЗОЛОТЫЕ РУКИ! моей матери она полностью переделывала все зубы!!! Просто чудеса творит! Сама я делала проф чистки и пломбы! Все на высоте! Что касаемо хирургии бог и царь - Дворонин Максим Арсентьевич с легкой рукой и шутками прибаутками!

Опоздывал на приём. Позвонили, сообщил что опаздываю, в ответ: ОК. Ехал через весь город на такси с работы. Приехал, а мне заявляют: извините, т.к. вы опоздали, поэтому только консультацию можно провести. Зачем мне консультация, чтобы пломбу поставить? Могли бы сразу сказать по телефону, что "вы опаздываете, поэтому только консультация". В итоге прокатился на такси туда-обратно. А так в клинике всё частенько. Но над информ.сервисом нужно ещё работать. Пока двойка, т.к. дальше порога не прошёл.

Замечательная клиника. Мы долго искали хорошее место, и оказавшись почти случайно в этой стоматологии решили остаться здесь. Нужно было вырвать несколько зубов, к слову, не совсем простых из-за сплетения корней, но Мария Андреевна сделала всё очень качественно. Не было ни осложнений ни боли. Очень хороший сервис, прекрасные специалисты, которые могут и проконсультировать по любому вопросу. После всех клиник, что мы успели попробовать, эта - какой-то новый уровень. Спасибо, за вашу замечательную работу.

к работе вопросов нет а вот когда пришла оплата загнули сумму в 2 раза больше чем на сайте. прийдя домой я увидел в чеке что я оплатил совершенно другую операцию... не ту которую мне делали. обязательно спрашивайте цену до того как вам что либо сделают. интересуйтесь за что вы платите

да, дорого, но уровень сервиса до которого всем стоит стремиться. потрясный персонал и доктора. можно сказать что ты платишь не за красивый лейбл а за реальное качество услуг и отношение к себе. никаких претензий, жена поставила брэкиты и довольна, мне все что нужно делали просто потрясно.
