4 storey house, in a good area,near the sea. we lived on the 3rd floor, we were lucky we lived alone on the floor, a room with a good repair and a large balcony, on the floor there are 4 rooms, shower and toilet,on the ground floor there is a gazebo, barbecue,kitchen on the 2nd floor from the courtyard.the hosts are very hospitable people, we were met by a very good-natured girl Vika, explained everything and showed her all the questions.there is a dining room nearby, the sea is 10 minutes from the house, the bus stop is nearby. Syncopation Park is nearby, 10-15 minutes on foot, there is also a guarded Abkhazian Institute of Physics and Technology. A wonderful place, we are just in love with Sukhum ❤
