I really liked the studio. It is bright and spacious, and in the evenings you can watch the most beautiful sunsets. It is very convenient to get there, near the metro. The instructor girls are real lighters, professionals in their field. Training takes place in one go, very effectively and positively. There is a separate direction in the studio, like zumba, if you want to get away from work and obsessive thoughts, I highly recommend going at least once and trying. All directions are good in their own way, there are not a few of them in the studio, everyone can choose for themselves what they will definitely like.

The best coach in the world has opened a studio in the city center :)
The studio is very neat, bright, the inventory is modern and varied. Coach Juliana, it seems to me, can find an approach to everyone and instill a love of training. He approaches each workout with enthusiasm, all workouts are diverse, taking into account your desires and level of training.
Of course, I really don't want the same full house in this studio, which is now in Juliana's first studio on Ostroshitskaya (joke), but come, you won't regret it! 💕

I really liked the hall and the atmosphere! It is cozy, beautiful, small groups, pleasant prices for a subscription, you can go to any destination for 1 subscription and it is very convenient.

Very convenient location. A spacious hall. The atmosphere is very inviting, you feel from the first second that you have been studying here for a long time. The coach always monitors the correctness of the execution, it is impossible to remain without attention.
I recommend everyone to visit. Especially the direction of "healthy back" is generally my favorite!

Wonderful fitness studio!
It is with special pleasure that I visit both U-fit studios (for those who are not yet familiar with this wonderful place, the first studio on Ostroshitskaya Street).
I would like to cancel that according to the rules, you can visit both studios and try different fitness directions (and there are sooo many of them here and all are diverse) by purchasing only one subscription.
The trainers in the studios are excellent, they are burning with their work, which is very important ☝️ The inventory is brand new! The workouts are varied (the coach takes into account your wishes)! The atmosphere is friendly and warm 😍
Have time to take your place in a new, bright, spacious, cool studio, because there will soon be no free places at all, as already in the studio on Ostroshitskaya 😉

Hello. I've been going to the studio for three months now. I really like the energy I get! I even take my 10-year-old daughter with me and train together. Very friendly environment, no discomfort. The administration always makes concessions in favor of the client.

I didn't go to group workouts before, and I didn't perceive fitness as a serious burden at all, but the coaches at U-Fit changed my mind. I got hooked from the very first lesson! And for three months now, he has been in the studio's regular customer team. No routine: every workout is something completely new. The coaches are great: they pay attention to each of the students, fix all the flaws in the technical part (explaining at the same time what, why and why) and motivate them very coolly not to stop even when it seems that they no longer have the strength. The studio is spacious and bright, easy to get to, there are no problems with parking spaces nearby on weekdays. The groups are small, which is great. The attitude towards the students is very friendly and attentive (so much so that after the first workout, the coaches even write and ask how they feel). A huge plus is that with one subscription you can try all areas of training. It's very cool, I recommend it to those who have been in sports for a long time, and those who just want to make friends with him!

I go to classes with a healthy back. We are working on opening the thoracic region, strengthening the muscles of the cortex, breathing, movement of the spine in 3 planes, and working with massage rollers. Coach Juliana always helps with the correct technique of performing exercises, devotes time to everyone. I recommend it!)
