I liked everything: clean, quiet (the window does not face the street), in the room there is a TV, a small refrigerator, a table, a bedside table, a mirror. The mattress and pillow are soft, the bed linen is clean. There is carpet on the floor. The curtains are thick. The shower cabin. What I personally lacked: a kettle (cooler on the floor, but the water there is actually slightly warm), a bag with air conditioning, toothpaste. They gave me boiling water for coffee at the reception. I recommend the hotel.

Great place! In the center of Minsk, but it feels like somewhere outside the city) a great alternative to going out of town) barbecue is delicious, tender. I take off the star for the fact that no matter how many times we are there, there is something missing every time! Either it's over, or it just isn't, or it's not chilled (beer, for example) The service is pleasant, but often very slow. Overall, the impression is positive! We will visit this institution more than once!)

The hotel is not young. The beds are terribly uncomfortable, small and narrow - every night it's the fear of falling off her. The pillows and blankets are shabby. The hotel WiFi was not even connected, because there are too many manipulations to connect and it is impossible to connect it without Internet access. There is no elevator and it is difficult to carry a suitcase up the steep stairs. There is no ramp. The hotel is not suitable for people with disabilities. But there are also advantages. The parking lot is closed, the entrance is through a barrier. The breakfasts are very hearty and delicious. The room is quiet, although there was a corporate party in the hotel restaurant - you can't hear anything. And another disadvantage is that the call buttons do not work in front of the barrier, in order to enter or leave, you have to run to the administrator and ask to open it. If there are two in the car, and if there is one?
At the same time, the price is high for such conditions.

A nice quiet guest house at a reasonable price 5 minutes from the center of Minsk. There is a very good restaurant in the courtyard + 10% discount for guests. Nearby there is everything that tourists need, Parking, supermarket, bank and pharmacy. The music stops at 23-00 like clockwork and has never bothered at all. The staff is polite, however, as everywhere in the city, after Moscow it is immediately noticeable. Of the minuses - not a working refrigerator, the reception gave you to use your own, for which I thank them.

The courtesy of the staff and the location of the hotel is the only plus. Check in only at 14.00, i.e. if you arrived earlier you will wait. The beds in the room were not comfortable. For 6 nights of stay, it was not clear whether the towels were changed or they were only neatly folded. The dust was not wiped off. For breakfast - 6 types of standard complexes in the hotel restaurant, I liked only desserts.

A beautiful building outside, a beautiful reception inside, a cooler with water and glasses in the corridor, this is where the advantages of the hotel By the fountain end. Unfortunately, I was so outraged that I forgot to take pictures of all the joints. The rooms are completely ruined, everything is done like a dump, even in the bathroom the shelf with towels is crookedly hung. The plastic skirting boards are torn off and lying behind the curtain, apparently when the vacuum cleaner or fell off and no one stuck them in place. They wanted to open the window, so it jumped off one hinge, they barely closed it back. Pillows have one name, it happens after washing pillows with synthetic filler, when they become thin and the filler is all lumps. And like the cherry on the cake - torn towels, not just the edges peeled off, but straight holes in the center. Of course, they replaced my towel without question and even gave me a choice, but there was not much to choose from, as long as there were no holes in the center. I won't talk much about moldy seams on tiles in the bathroom, I'm not picky, but for someone it may be important.

We were at the hotel in winter, it was -5° -7° outside.The room is frankly cold!In general, it is spacious, but if you want to watch TV lying on the bed, it is unlikely that you will succeed, since it hangs in another room, and it is not very convenient to look through the doorway.The staff is polite and friendly.There is parking at the hotel, but if it is crowded, then you will have to look for a place for your car yourself.

The interior has lived a little, the rest is beyond praise! It is very clean, the location is convenient, responsive staff, and breakfast in the price of accommodation is three meals in one :) In the photo: a continental plate, porridge, scrambled eggs, cheesecakes in a container, coffee - and it's all one serving, without additional order.

A pleasant, quiet, clean hotel. We only stopped for the night. There were three of us with a 3-year-old child. We took a double standard, they put another cot for the child. The linen and towels are snow-white. There is soap and shampoo. The plumbing is clean. There is hot water. The room is spacious. The furniture is intact, not shabby. Appliances include a refrigerator and a TV.
They didn't take breakfast, but they told us that we could pay extra if we decided to have breakfast anyway.
We are very satisfied, for our money a very good 3 star hotel. We recommend it!

The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, snow-white linen and towels, cleaning every day. The breakfasts are delicious, they are prepared according to the menu to order, only snacks (sausage cheeses), vegetable and fruit cuts are on the buffet. I would like to say separately about the cafe on the territory, it is very tasty and pleasant for the price, we were in several establishments in Minsk, I liked it the most here.

08.10.23 at 19-20 we went to a summer cafe to eat barbecue. All the tables had "Table reserved" signs. One was without a sign, and they sat down there. We waited for a while - there were no waiters in sight, we had to catch them outside the house. The waitress lied that the table was also booked. I demanded the menu because we were already sitting at the table free. During the order, it turned out that she would also clarify whether they would make a barbecue, although at the entrance to the cafe there was a large chalked inscription BARBECUE, she went to find out from the cook for five minutes, it turned out they would do it in ONE HOUR. I demanded an administrator and a complaint book. The receptionist brought the book and said that the barbecue would be ready in 30 minutes. As a result, it was done in 20 minutes. The question is, why did we need this performance with lies, if in the end we did everything as it should be. Disgusting service, drive such an administrator, there used to be a wonderful cafe, everything went bad. Two stars only thanks to the cook - everything was very tasty.

A quiet hotel in a residential area. Nearby there is a small shopping center with a supermarket and a couple of cafes. The metro is located behind the shopping center, if you walk from the hotel. There are 2 stops to the city center. There is a bus, minibus and trolleybus from the station, but everything is very difficult with the schedule. We took a double room with two beds. The room has an air conditioner that can be used for heating. The bathroom has a hairdryer. Towels were changed every day. It was cold and we asked for extra blankets. By the time we returned, the room was warm, because the hotel staff turned on the air conditioner, and they also brought us blankets, for which they are very grateful. I do not recommend taking breakfast.

The hotel is located really not very far from the city center and the railway station. However, there are some difficulties to find it initially. Nearby is the Korona shopping center, where you can buy almost everything you need and eat decently and inexpensively.
The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a cooler with hot and cold water. Clean linen, towels. A comfortable bed.
But the presence of green mold between the tiles in the bathroom spoils the impression somewhat. the node.

I liked the location of the hotel: near the large hypermarket "Korona", the metro is within walking distance. The staff is very polite. In general, people in Belarus are very friendly. The breakfasts are delicious, but I didn't like that you have to wait for them to cook, and not put them on yourself, as in many hotels. The coffee machine clearly needs to be changed: a small portion and not tasty.

The rooms are super! They are big and cozy. We got a room with two rooms: a bedroom with an entrance to the shower and toilet, a kitchenette or a living room with a sofa, a refrigerator and other accessories. A large wardrobe at the entrance and a mirror, which was very important to me) the staff is very friendly and polite, the room was cleaned. Bathrobes, slippers, towels and soap accessories are all given free of charge and changed every day (bathrobe and slippers are not changed). We liked the hotel very much, we stayed for 2 days, everyone was welcome. We didn't take breakfast, so we can't judge. I definitely recommend it!

An ambiguous impression of the hotel. Some are just fine, and some are not.
1. When booking, it is not possible to choose a double or single bed. As a result, we slept with my wife in different beds. For the first time in 16 years)))
2. The staff is excellent. Thank you for pleasant communication!
3. Breakfasts: the choice is not very great, but the quality and taste are beyond praise!
4. I don't know about the other rooms, but ours (room 33) would be worth a cosmetic repair: crumbling paint on the walls and mold on the tiles in the bathroom do not correspond to the three stars in the name of the hotel.
When you turn on the light in the shower, the fan in the hood turns on, it seems to be good... but it buzzes so much that it just drops))) if someone went to wash in the morning, everyone else woke up))
5. The renovation that took place in the next room, all three days of stay, really spoiled the impression. The noise is constant during the day. One day, the lights in the room were also turned off. The administration sympathized with us... and she offered to be patient.

I want to express my gratitude to the staff of the restaurant "At the Fountain", which served my grandmother's anniversary on 07/01/2022. The dishes were delicious and original. The administrator Anna kindly and sincerely gave advice on the selection of the menu. Everything was great. The service is at the highest level. Attentive and responsive waiters Sasha and Ksenia, chefs Olga and Tatiana took into account all the wishes of the guests. This restaurant is located in the very center of the city, and it seemed that we were somewhere in nature, so beautifully located are the summer terraces. We were not there for the first time and always liked it, and especially the guests, there is even a playground for children. Many thanks, especially to the administrator Anna!

Upon check-in, we were met at the reception desk by the administrator, with such a face and look that the first impression was spoiled, then we were settled with the children overlooking an open restaurant where karaoke was shouting drunken visitors, which is not very pleasant with children…
And then, in general, it was very interesting when we went to bed - It turned out that the bed was large - it was two connected beds and no one could lie down in the middle 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ as a result, one person was sleeping on the FLOOR, they only gave an additional one.bed linen and shrugged , the sauna did not work either, which we were not informed when booking ...the only thing we liked was the closed parking and very tasty breakfasts and the young man who served us in the restaurant, thank you very much 😊
