After reading the reviews and believing in the rating on the booking, I decided to check into this hotel. The hotel is medium, standard Belarusian. If you are a fan of orienteering, then you will enjoy searching for the hotel itself)) It says that 250 meters from the Molodezhnaya metro station. This is not the case and you still need to get out at one of the four exits from the subway. To then walk about a kilometer, simultaneously interviewing local residents who do not know either the hotel itself or the street where it is located. And the beautiful view from the window, which was eagerly written about on the booking, turned out to be a view of the office center, which is 5 meters away. And so everything is good, the staff is very friendly, because in Belarus everyone is sincere people.

The photos do not correspond to reality. Of the advantages, only a comfortable mattress. The refrigerator didn't work at all.
Disgusting service, the girl at the reception (Inessa) is very rude, inattentive, we exchanged only a couple of words during the entire stay, but the impressions are the most unpleasant.

We gathered in Minsk spontaneously, so we booked a day in advance, it was the only option that satisfied our request.
On the first day, 29.07, we were met by the administrator with an absolutely stony face, she spoke reluctantly, through her teeth, she did not have any understanding of customer service and just friendliness. It was unpleasant. On the second day, the receptionist is pleasant, charming, responsive, thanks to her.
The room is absolutely not comfortable. Sockets are installed anywhere, there are none by the bed, how to charge the phone? The TV is in a small narrow room, which they call the living room, you can only watch it while sitting on a banquette, which is extremely inconvenient. There is not a single shelf in the shower! Where to put the shower accessories is not clear.
Our room overlooked the restaurant where the event was taking place and although it ended quite early, before 23, we planned to leave at 3 o'clock and it was important for us to go to bed early to sleep, it was not possible because of the loud music. Keep this point in mind when booking.
Of the advantages: location - the center is within walking distance, clean linen and the room as a whole, towels are changed daily, there are bathrobes.
I understand that this is three stars, and I do not expect the supernatural, but it is probably possible to train the staff, hang a TV in front of the bed and buy the cheapest shelf in the shower.

My son and I liked the hotel. Quiet, clean, spacious inexpensive room, delicious food - what else does a tired tourist need! The only thing we didn't take into account right away was the distance from the subway, it was very difficult to get to the place with suitcases. With a fairly low cost of a Minsk taxi, it was possible to go directly from the station by car.

Very reasonable prices, good food. The dishes I took were too greasy for my taste. Maybe I was just unlucky. There are cool outdoor gazebos. There are dishes on the grill - I haven't tried it. There is a local cuisine - I tried it, I was not impressed with what I tried, but there are no friends for the taste and color.

My two-fold opinion is generally not bad, but there are a few nuances
1) Low lighting in the rooms
2) There are no slippers in the guest rooms
3) The refrigerator in the room is very slightly cold
4) Mattresses are cheap and not comfortable
5) Dust in cabinets
There are also advantages that the guests will appreciate for themselves!

Excellent hotel, for its price - exceeded our expectations. The room is very clean, the bed, the pillows are comfortable. It was cold, but a heater was provided, which quickly heated the room. There is a refrigerator, hair dryer, soap, shampoo. Nice towels. Excellent breakfast: continental is served and you can choose dishes from the menu without restrictions, and it costs 15 bel rub (450 Russian rubles) for everything. Very friendly and nice staff. The WiFi is good. There's nothing to find fault with)
