An atmospheric mini-hotel with its own courtyard, very cozy and comfortable. Good location. The room is spacious, two large rooms, the furniture is tastefully selected, the bed is comfortable. Our windows faced the courtyard, it was quiet. The kitchen has everything you need — a kettle, tea, sugar and bottled water.
A friendly girl, Elena, met us early in the morning, told us where to go in the city and we were able to leave our luggage in the storage room. Elena was also in touch from the very moment of booking and answered any questions in detail.
I will recommend 100% to everyone.

It was visited as a cafe for a light snack in the morning. A pleasant atmosphere while preserving the authenticity of the decor and architecture of the old building in the city center. The room is small, but convenient if you do not cook food yourself in the hotel room. The service is unobtrusive, the prices are affordable for a comprehensive breakfast. It is convenient that during the heat, homemade lemonade is served free of charge. There are tables in the courtyard and in the arch of the building. The hotel rooms and cafes create a very cozy atmosphere of immersion and tranquility in the center of Grodno in the complex.

I really liked the hotel, it has everything you need: a refrigerator, a kettle, you can even cook something - an electric stove is available. beautiful dishes. toothbrushes and even cotton swabs with discs are also offered in the bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise! the room was taken for three people - me, my husband and my child. but there were more beds: a double bed, an armchair that can be conveniently unfolded, my son was sleeping there, and a sofa that could also be unfolded. I also liked that it was possible to order breakfast. we took porridge for my son in the morning. It's very tasty. I recommend it to everyone!

Wonderful apartments! The family stayed in 3 rooms with one common entrance. Like 3 studios in an apartment. It is very beautiful and convenient. There is a wonderful bar with delicious liqueurs. Friendly staff. The rooms are perfectly clean. The only thing is that the mattress is not very comfortable for me, but maybe I'm being picky. The location is great.

An atmospheric boutique hotel in the heart of Grodno!
The main criterion for finding a place to stay was "two double beds" (in Grodno it's a bit difficult), the choice fell on the Art apartment "At the Pear"! I liked everything!
The administrator is just a darling☺️
In the evening on the balcony with a glass of wine - this is a real Provence romance!
By the way, the hotel has breakfasts that are 1000 times tastier and more diverse than, for example, in the "Luxury" or other morning cafes!

One disadvantage is a very weak Internet connection. As a result, I could not watch the Euro 2024 matches either on TV or on a laptop (TV is also connected to the Internet).

A very pleasant and atmospheric place, the very center of the city, the building is historical. There is a cafe downstairs with wonderful breakfasts and delicious coffee. The apartments themselves have dishes, tea/coffee, sugar, dishes. We did not cook, ate in local cafes and restaurants, had breakfast in a cafe Near a Pear Tree. I liked everything.

Very beautiful interior,all amenities,dishes,tea,coffee,2 bottles of water. Just around the corner is the Farny Church, the most important Church in Grodno, plosch.Sovetskaya and Sovetskaya and Zamkovaya streets are 2 steps away. There is free parking nearby, but it can be fully occupied. There is a Batory grocery store nearby. A very helpful hostess. I boldly recommend the hotel By the Pear Tree.

We were at the cafe "At the Pear Tree". According to legend, there was once a cafe of the same name at this very place. So to speak, reviving traditions) The most ideal thing in this cafe is comfort. The interior is pleasant, the lamp setting, the sweetness is added by chandeliers in the macrame style, natural shades of decoration. By food: we ate pancakes. Delicious, beautiful serving. But I didn't like the "syringe" (cocktail). It's much tastier in another place. But this is a completely different story)

The apart-Hotel At Grusha is conveniently located, all the sights and hangouts are nearby. Interestingly, this is an old 19th century house, which saved us from the 30 degree heat, because there is no air conditioning. The room has everything, including for self-cooking breakfast. An absolutely wonderful place in the very center of the city! My husband, daughter and I stayed in room 3 for 4 days and were very satisfied! The room is spacious and consists of two rooms - a bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette. There is tea, brewed coffee, sugar in the kitchen, and three bottles of water were left on the day of our arrival. There is a bathroom with a shower, the water can be set up easily and quickly.
We had breakfast and dinner in the room - there is a microwave, a kettle and a small stove. You can have a budget lunch at the cafe Province and Horseshoe - both are very close, they work from 12 on the business lunch menu.
At the end of Sovetskaya Street, on the corner from Ozheshko Street, there is a Tavern restaurant - very tasty, but more expensive. But they work from 9, there is breakfast and a business lunch menu.
A little further down Ozheshko street there is always cooking. There was a queue of locals there in the afternoon, we came in the evening, bought what was left, warmed up in the room - it was very tasty.
Well, the city of Grodno itself just charmed! Sincere advice - come into the yards! The blooming gardens of almost every house will not leave anyone indifferent!

We stayed at the hotel with two families from 07/31/208. 2024. All the participants of the trip just fell in love with both the hotel and the city itself! Очень классный отель. Расположение шикарное-центр города. Номер просто невероятно уютный, такой душевный, прям со входа «вау» и восторг. Сразу чувствуется, что владельцы постарались. Здание имеет историческую ценность, и внутри ребята сохранили даже кирпичи. Это прекрасно! А эти гигантские ставни в изголовье…. Любовь….
Все чистенькое, везде чисто, что можно босиком ходить. В нашем номере на втором этаже была кухня со всеми необходимыми атрибутами. Водичка, чай, кофе, кружки, бокалы, чайник, было все-все-все. Тапочки одноразовые, все для принятия душа. В общем прям горячо рекомендуем.
Нас заселили за 15 минут в 4 утра-за что отдельная благодарность.
Спасибо вам большое! Приедем еще к вам обязательно.

Excellent comfortable room👍 there is air conditioning, the location is excellent 👍, almost in the center of the city, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the main street. If you have small children, it is better to take a room on the ground floor, because there is no elevator, it will be difficult to get up.

When they were looking for a place to stay in Grodno for the Novogireevo holidays, they found them in the banned Instag network... when there were only terrible options on the island and other aggregators, of the cons only an iron staircase up from the street to the second floor, it is inconvenient to go up and down with a suitcase, this is for information, I will not lower my rating for this. The receptionist came out to meet us, told us where to park, advised us where to have dinner and breakfast! There is a hot water boiler in the room, it is large, but if you plan long water treatments, it is better to specify how much hot water is enough!

Great place.Very cozy in the apartment hotel.The location is excellent, the very center of the city, everything is within walking distance.Everything corresponds to the pictures. A very hospitable place. The room is clean, I really liked the 2-room room, there is everything necessary for living. I would have come back here. The only thing that was cool, but this is the transitional autumn period, there was no heating yet.But there was a convector and very warm blankets. They were in early October 2023.

I would rate it as a 3-4 star apartment hotel. The main drawback is the lack of air conditioning. This is apparently due to the fact that this object is a cultural heritage. But there is a fan in the room. And therefore, the installation of an air conditioner is most likely simply prohibited there. One of the advantages is the walking distance to almost all attractions. The receptionist is very friendly. A positive lady. Breakfast can be ordered right here, it will be brought to your room. The cost is very good. Inexpensive. Street parking. The room itself is spacious and consists of 2 rooms. There is a private toilet and shower.

We were in Grodno for two nights, and at Grusha's we had to live in two different rooms, which one I liked more, I won't say, tear me up. Супер-отель! Останавливались семьей в июле 2023 года на трое суток. Очень понравилось! Самый центр города, тихая улочка, обслуживание супер. Интерьер классный. Цена за сутки демократичная. В апартаментах есть всё: чайник, холодильник, чай, кофе, сахар, посуда-приятные и нужные мелочи, о которых не нужно заботиться. Необычный, стелизованный под старину, интерьер отеля дополнил прекрасное впечатление от города Гродно.

I would like to write a wonderful review about the hotel itself, but everything was overshadowed by the fact that we forgot our sneakers and the cleaner allegedly threw them away. We wrote to the hotel a few days later when we missed it (in the heat, crosses are not the most necessary) and received this answer. This was in 2024, when the connection with the administration was via WhatsApp and we could immediately return for them!!! The sneakers were in excellent condition and there was no reason to consider them thrown away.

Размещались в Отеле на 9 ночей в номере 1. Расположение отличное, в центре Гродно. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. В наличии полотенца, одноразовые тапочки, шампунь, гель для душа, чай, кофе прекрасные на вкус, сахар. Можно самим приготовить еду, поскольку есть кастрюля, сковорода, индукционная плитка. Посуда на двоих и столовые приборы. Большой плюс этого отеля - расположение. Чисто, приветливый персонал. Интерьер нам не очень понравился: на фото смотрится лучше, вживую совсем по-другому. Окна старые и пол тоже, хотя он приведён в лучшее состояние, чем был и это заметно. Нам повезло, что закрылся бар. Если бы он работал, вряд ли бы мы спали, потому что слышимость очень даже хорошая. Из минусов нужно отметить близость тюрьмы и Фарного костёла. Утром и вечером лают собаки, в течение суток каждые 15 минут, полчаса и час бьёт колокол костёла. Раковина в туалете очень маленькая и неудобная. Как будто-то только для красоты она установлена. Стаканчик для зубных щёток расположен в подставке неустойчиво и приходилось изварачиваться, чтобы почистить зубы. В итоге разбили нечаянно и заплатил750 руб. Так что обратите на это внимание. Про мусорное ведро тоже можно написать. Оно очень маленькое. Короче,как бы хотели всё красиво оформить, но мелочи не продуманы. Чтобы принять душ, надо держать лейку в руке. Она просто лежит на смесителе. С бойлером тоже проблема была: то ли он неисправен, то ли что-то не поняли. Встретили нас доброжелательно, рассказали куда сходить и что посмотреть, где покушать.
