I give 2 stars for the fact that we liked everything on our first visit. And in the second, on the May holidays, when the parents were invited, the service culture was unexpectedly unpleasantly surprised. We planned a bathhouse and horseback riding for a month (!) the next morning. 2 days before arrival, we were informed that there were "technical difficulties" with the bathhouse (we ordered a Russian one) and offered a Saka one (it is much more expensive, but we were kindly informed that the price would not change). It would seem that well done. But when we saw these conditions, we were just horrified. I do not know what can cost 80-90 thousand tenge there, but even on these "loyal" conditions it was unpleasant: the water in the font is turbid (I have been to other baths, and I know that mountain water is clean, it is cleaned with filters), dirty in a warm vat, and most importantly, it stinks in the yurt It's like they keep horses there (I'm not exaggerating). And this is a "cool" Saka bathhouse. And now the cherry: I hear how the bathhouse employee is being radioed: "Now at one o'clock in the afternoon, number 11 is going to the Russian bathhouse." That is, we were informed that there are "technical reasons", but in fact number 11 is coming. Of course, it's our own fault somewhere that we agreed to a replacement and got a pig in a poke. But at a minimum, the very fact of misleading customers in order to give preference to "higher priority" guests already speaks to ethical and cultural problems in this institution. At the reception, Sergey was very evasive and did not disclose what kind of "technical problems" they were. They gave us time for the next morning, but we had to give up horse riding :(.
If you want to come and relax, then this is not about this place, you need to control everything and demand appropriate attitude and service from the staff. We never got rid of the feeling of a spoiled vacation.
At the same time, I am sure that the owners are quite caring people (a lot of things have been well thought out and it is clear that they have not spared investments). But it is worth thinking about the certification of service culture.
p.s. there are no complaints about the restaurant, but I did not like the service in the bathhouse, it is cheaper and much better.

Pros: clean air, beautiful nature, Saka sauna, barbecue facilities, delicious breakfast in a restaurant far from the city, diligent staff.
