a good location in the city center, in a historic building, with authentic cuisine. There used to be shopping malls in this building, even before the monastery was built. The walls are decorated in the style of old shop signs, the staff is friendly and fast. It might be a little noisy in the evening, but I think it's really cool during the day. The cuisine is very affordable for the city center, the menu is varied, but we came specifically for the Belarusian cuisine and were very satisfied) We recommend the "Belarusian pot" it seemed very tasty))

A friend recommended this place to me. I was passing through Minsk and went to have lunch, and I did not lose))) A cozy, peaceful place. Delicious and hearty food at good prices. Fragrant rich mulled wine. For a minute it seemed that I was in the ski resort of Sheregesh, in the cafe "Hot water bottle"))) The interior, fireplace and mulled wine are very conducive to this feeling of memories. The staff is attentive and polite. On my own, I recommend "At the Town Hall" for lunch and dinner.

There is a very small menu, there is not much to choose from. And the saddest thing was that the food was tasteless. I haven't eaten such tasteless food in a very long time. They position themselves as a beer restaurant, allegedly with beer of their own production. It turned out that beer was brought to them from a completely different brewery. But God be with him, but the beer is also tasteless. We took several glasses of different samples, we wanted to compare them. In general, it is a complete disappointment. With such a price tag, it's a shame to have such a kitchen. I don't want to come back here a second time at all. I give three stars for the exterior and interior of the establishment.

Probably the most popular bar in the center of Minsk! The cuisine is mostly Belarusian, but there are also familiar European dishes. And the prices for such a central location are very reasonable. Not pretentious! But for me personally, it's a place where you can break away on weekends and dance to live music! A great band performs the most famous hits, the dance floor is literally packed! It's a lot of fun!

I've been to this place many times. A pleasant place, excellent location, pleasant interior. Good unobtrusive waiter service. The kitchen is normal, but last time there were questions about some dishes.
Well, a personal recommendation, look carefully at what is punched into the receipt.
They mistakenly added an extra service to the receipt, but the issue was resolved positively for me. It seems to be OK, but the sediment remains.
But despite all the disadvantages, I recommend this place as a place where you can have a delicious meal, dance and have a good time.

An amazing place with a wonderful atmosphere!
We chose this restaurant because it is in the very center and has been open longer than most restaurants. How right we did!!
We didn't book a table, but the god of drunkenness was on our side. When we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by an atmosphere of unrestrained fun, my breath was taken away, I haven't felt such delight in a long time! There were a lot of people, even the entire bar was occupied by visitors, but fortunately there was a second table waiting for us on the left side of the entrance.
We were served by a young waiter who knows the menu perfectly well, with a good sense of humor, he warned us that the performance of the cover band would begin soon and 6 Belarusian rubles would be included in the receipt for this.
Our table turned out to be in a very convenient place relative to the stage. Local draft beer is even tastier than imported, tinctures are generally on fire. The atmosphere is 100%.
Well done, I will be in your area, I will definitely go to you!

I usually try not to go to restaurants in the city center, because high traffic discourages and reduces the quality of service. I am very glad that in this case the expectations were not fulfilled. A very cozy atmosphere, delicate and polite waiters, delicious cuisine at a more than reasonable price (count your strength- the portions are large, and it can be difficult to cope with them)) excellent tinctures. I will make a tradition of visiting this wonderful institution every time I visit Minsk.

A wonderful place, very cozy and warm. I've been there several times, the guys are always friendly, except for ordering, I always ask for a glass of hot water, a rare restaurant where water is brought right there, without reminders. And even at the peak on Friday evening, they found a place. They warned me about the long preparation of the chosen dish themselves (I had a train in a few hours).
And everything is delicious! The most pleasant impressions, I want to come back.

On December 10 , we had a rest with a friend , we had so much rest that in the morning I don't even remember how we got home. Very pleasant staff, polite receptionist Diana, waiter Olesya and Andrey are nice people, they were immediately able to tell us about food and drinks. It is a very pleasant and atmospheric place. When the live music started, we melted even more, Alexandra sings superbly and at the same time does not interfere with the noise of communication, although our table was located right next to the stage. We booked a table in front of this place in insomnia, but only the menu in English was enough for us and the fact that the waiter could not even advise us something. It's good that we came here, we'll visit more often)

It is located in the center, as the name implies. Quite decent draft beer and snacks, so it's always crowded. A good selection of dishes, delicious food. I recommend trying the ribs. The staff is nimble and helpful. There are more interesting places to take on the veranda, you can sit on the swing benches and street musicians often play nearby. There are sports broadcasts inside (without sound). On the lower floor, do not sit down, the whole mat of the kitchen staff will be heard.

In fact, in a few days in Minsk, we visited this restaurant a couple of times. But even during these two times we tried the dishes as much as our tummies allowed us. Fish in cream sauce, borscht, salads, baked potatoes with meat, pancakes, wine, beer.... ah, it was all insanely delicious😋🤤🤤🤤
I highly recommend "At the Town Hall" for breakfast, lunch and a wonderful dinner on the outdoor terrace, overlooking the Town Hall in the rays of the setting sun.

We visited Minsk with friends and, of course, places with local cuisine, since we could not get to the Bulbashi restaurant since tables must be booked too early, we were sent to the restaurant "Near the Town Hall" for local cuisine.
The atmosphere here is incredibly cozy, more like a bar, the service is at a good level, the waiter took care of everything so that our evening would be good.
The menu is quite diverse, the prices are adequate, but as for me, there is not enough local cuisine, after all, the restaurant is focused more on European cuisine. But everything we could find from the local menu was very tasty.
The restaurant At the Town Hall definitely deserves attention and a visit, if there are more local dishes on the menu, I think there will be more tourists, especially since the location gives it all the possibilities.

During their stay in Minsk, they no longer went to other establishments with paid entrance. The food is delicious, the service is fast, the beer is amazing😍 there was live music - they sang modern songs, but rock and roll)) not bad. But the music had to be tuned all the time. On 07.01.25, we visited this institution with friends. But it would be better not to go there at all. By booking seats in advance, we were warned that a table for three would be near the music stage. We agreed. When we arrived at the restaurant, we ordered beer and a barbecue with a beer plate.Beer was brought to us and then our waiter disappears somewhere. We wait 40 minutes, they don't carry it. The people who were served by another waiter and came later than us had already waited for their orders within 20-30 minutes. We all sat and waited, then I asked the waiter girl who served the other tables how long it would be. The answer was: "We still have to wait." We sat for another 15 minutes. Silence, no waiter, no food. I went back to the other waiter, they assured me that they would bring it soon, wait. After waiting for another 5 minutes, our patience could not stand it, we went to the manager with this claim. We also wanted to pay the beer bill and go somewhere else. The manager, in a very unpleasant way, began to make us guilty, to prove that we were only waiting for 20 minutes, and that I would add a bill for music to the beer bill. It sounded like rudeness on her part. Of course, we said that you warned us that you would sit next to the stage, but no one warned us about paying for musical accompaniment. After 10 minutes of arguing and throwing mud at us, we paid for the beer and music and left. 15-20 minutes later, the same manager calls the phone of a friend who booked a table and begins to apologize. To say that I was really wrong and you waited more than an hour, I looked at the time of the order. I shouldn't have charged you for musical accompaniment either, and blah blah blah. The question is, why couldn't we have looked at all this at the institution when we came to pay, and settled this conflict there. There was a very unpleasant aftertaste from visiting this place. I don't advise anyone to go there, we came from Moscow for hockey. Avoid it so as not to spoil your mood. And yes, I'll say that, beer is not about anything at all. I give one star only for the interior.
