The store is great, the quality of the clothes is great. One star for not issuing Tax Free, even though the envelopes were already behind the counter. In all other Polo Turkey stores, they were always issued without problems.

There are Russian-speaking sellers, they quickly find the goods, we bought a pair of loafers, the sellers gave us shoes of different sizes, we noticed it only in the room, we had to walk for an hour in the heat to change :(

We visited this wonderful store today. In general, we did not plan to shop, we came to the NovaMall shopping center as part of a group and just had free time. But as soon as we entered the Polo, we spent all the allotted time in it. We were pleased with the promotions, the choice and, of course, the staff. Nezir Erguc helped us with the choice, I'm not sure about the correct spelling of the name, for which I apologize in advance. We are very pleased with today's purchases and gifts for our loved ones purchased in the store. By the way, we have been issued a TaxFree. Upon departure, we will receive a refund of 8% of the cost.
