Impression of the cafe:
A great cafe with insanely delicious dishes and prices acceptable for a place with a similar level of service.
Advantages:
✅️ Accessibility. It is located in the city center, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station.
✅️ Price / quality ratio. The portions are decent, and everything is unrealistically delicious!
✅️ Service. They serve you quickly enough, even if there is almost a full boarding in the hall. The average waiting time for hot dishes is 15/20 minutes.
It is possible to put something in a container with you that you will not finish, the portions are decent.
Overall rating: 95/100 — a slightly inconvenient approach to the restaurant (basement).

It was immaculately tasty, we went around many famous and chain cafes, restaurants, accidentally came here, the food is delicious, a huge selection of dishes, tastier than in a restaurant where the price tag is x3, I highly recommend pork ribs, the portion is huge, you can safely take two, pots with hearts lick your fingers, cherry tincture is sooo pleasant, very upset that we visited this place on the last day of our vacation ((( If we visit your city again, we will only go here to eat

We visited the Yankee Cafe with a company of 6 people, we were satisfied with the visit. A large selection of dishes, especially surprised by the presence of a children's menu. The portions are very large, in my opinion, even too much, while the price is very low. All the dishes are delicious, a good balance of spices and salt, the serving is simple but beautiful.
Atmosphere: dim lights, wooden furniture, animal skins on the walls.
The staff is friendly, the serving of all dishes and drinks turned out to be super fast, well done!
Pencils were brought to the child, for this a separate plus sign. The dumplings ordered for the child turned out to be purchased, but I wanted homemade ones) only here there was a discrepancy with expectations.
When paying by check, they gave a discount to the birthday boy.

A very cool place, cozy, in the basement, a very cool kitchen, the chefs are just beautiful - they cooked very quickly considering the full landing, the waiter is a smart girl, although she mixed up the vegetable salad for us, but we were even happy about it, but I liked the fact that she was ready to change it right away. The dumplings are cool -the child was happy, the frying pan with meat and potatoes is gorgeous, the ribs are just a dump of the head, and a few more dishes and drinks, thank you -now as soon as we are in Minsk we will always come to you for a light. I would like to mention the cozy atmosphere of the establishment right away. The restaurant's menu turned out to be very diverse and included traditional dishes of Belarusian cuisine. The prices in the restaurant are quite adequate, given the high quality of the products and cooking.

The Yankee Cafe is one of the most cozy and wonderful places in Minsk. If you want to really eat delicious Belarusian homemade cuisine, then you are here! We have not tried such Pancakes anywhere else. Very tasty Mochanka with draniki, under the national moonshine- pervogon. The attitude of the waiters is fascinating. An interesting place in the heart of Minsk. Despite the basement location, it is very cozy and atmospheric here.
Dishes of traditional Belarusian cuisine are accompanied by patches of their own production of good quality.
The waitress girl (unfortunately, I didn't find out her name) was on top. I brought everything accurately and relatively quickly, despite the very high workload.
In general, if you want to move away from visiting other traditional restaurants, of which there are many in the center, I highly recommend visiting the Yankees!

Delicious and reasonable prices. I tried salmon with baked potatoes with spinach sauce. It's very appetizing.
There is an interesting interior inside, it is quite cozy. The only small disadvantage, but it does not affect the assessment: in summer, when it is hot and stuffy, you want to sit outside. And there is an outdoor terrace with tables. Some of the tables under the umbrellas were occupied. There were also empty tables, but for some reason the umbrellas above them were closed. And we were told that they would not open them. Because of this, it was not possible to sit outside. Still, it is not very comfortable to be under the hot sun, especially if precipitation falls. It is not very clear what prevented the umbrellas from being opened on another part of the terrace. But this is a small thing.

It's just gorgeous!
Very tasty food, a varied menu. Everyone took different dishes and everyone was satisfied. There was also a discount on my birthday :)

The portions are of excellent size, just in time for dinner after long hiking trips. The menu is extensive, the waiters help with the selection, if you ask, everything is very tasty.
The interior is pleasant. We were a company of four people, later a fifth came up, we had no problems changing the table to a bigger one.
Everything is wonderful, we'll come back on occasion.

A standard cafe. The menu is also quite standard for such establishments. There are national dishes, but they are very simplified and adapted for quick cooking. And in fact they fit on one menu sheet. Everything else is mass market/consumer. If you want "like grandma's", it's definitely not here.
The staff is very pleasant and courteous. It is clear that they are trying. That's a plus.

A great place in the city center! Very tasty cuisine at a great price! We sat with our spouse for a long time, ate hot food, tasted liqueurs, drank tea, coffee and dessert. You know, we got here by chance, according to a banner, next to the cafe "Cornflowers" (there was a queue at the entrance). We were looking for traditional cuisine and found it here.
The food is very tasty, there are almost always places in the cafe, the waiters are pleasant and efficient, the check is average, even probably a little lower than the competitors, the atmosphere is cozy, they cook quickly. The first is a hodgepodge. Strangely, it was with sauerkraut, lemon, olives... A strange set.

My birthday was celebrated on September 22, 2024. I was with my husband and 2 children. We ordered 4 different hot dishes, salad, drinks (without alcohol). The next day, my son had a fever of 40, which could not be brought down, vomiting every 5 minutes and diarrhea. A day later, the temperature of 39.5 rose in the youngest child with the same symptoms, then I had abdominal pain. Unfortunately, on 23/09 we left for Brest, and 4 days later we flew to Russia. The eldest child suffered with such symptoms for 10 days! The diagnosis is SALMONELLOSIS! I am attaching a certificate. I am sure that we picked it up in this institution, because it was the last point of catering where we all ate before going to Brest. BE CAREFUL WHEN VISITING THIS PLACE! We need to check it out!

We came and it turned out that the institution was open from 14.00, perhaps there is a logical explanation for this, but we did not like walking for 15 minutes in the cold. We ordered borscht and brought a pale soup with a strange sour-salty taste. The borscht seemed dubious to the adult women at the next table, too.
The borscht was served with WHITE bread and semi-frozen watery lard.
And we ordered pancakes with chanterelles in a pot - the CRUNCH of DIRT on our teeth has been with us ever since! I understand that chanterelle is a fox fluke and porous. But if they are washed normally piece by piece, and not just rinsed in a basin, then there will be no earth left in them!!!
