I say look at my full name. What's wrong with me. No, they can't do that. It is impossible to make everything work. Wait for it to go on sale and try to buy it again. Support also does not know when it will arrive and whether it has already been on sale. Only find out for yourself in the offices. You can't solve anything by phone, just go in person or issue a power of attorney for someone. But it is necessary to find someone to register for, to ask people to go and constantly find out if the number has appeared or not. Then somehow forward the SIM card again. And my tariff is no longer there (Start 10), only from 30 thousand.
Well, something's wrong. I missed a payment, something has changed for someone. Is it difficult for you to send an SMS / email and say "dear subscriber, you need to take such and such actions to stay in touch"?
