Due to a technical error in the application, the subscription fee was charged twice for the same month (Ucell itself admitted the error). But communication with tech support did not lead to anything, they refused to refund the overpayment. The amount of 45,000 is, of course, small, but the approach surprised me. If someone likes to use an operator with thievish habits, welcome, but I will not sit at the same table with such characters.
