I went to this clinic with my cat, who was breathing heavily and lethargic. Anastasia Alexandrovna got to the doctor, who did not even take her temperature during the examination, took a picture, diagnosed pulmonary edema, prescribed antibiotic and diuretic treatment. They were stabbed for a whole week, on Friday they came back for a picture, in which the doctor said that there were improvements and told them to continue treatment further. But in fact, on Saturday the cat got worse, and we took him to another clinic, where he was diagnosed with leukemia. I was dissatisfied with the doctor's attitude during the examination. I would not recommend contacting this doctor. I put one star, because it is impossible to put minus five stars.

We were rushing around, we didn't know whether to entrust our dear friend to a random vet clinic, or to return home. As a result, we were recommended this vet clinic and Anna Nikolaevna. The sterilization operation went well, it is immediately clear that Anna Nikolaevna is a very experienced doctor. The cat got sick-he was lying all the time, did not eat, his stomach swelled. We applied to this clinic. 2 times they did a blood test, ultrasound, X-ray, injections, droppers (and paid for everything). It lasted about 3 weeks. Allegedly, the cat has gastritis, worms, constipation, etc. THEY COULD NOT MAKE AN ACCURATE DIAGNOSIS, the Cat was only getting worse. We went to another clinic and there, at the first appointment, we were diagnosed with FIP (viral infectious peretonitis). In principle, it is curable if you start treatment on time. But in our case, due to the fault of the doctors, the time was lost. In general, the cat was gone. Draw your own conclusions.

According to the recommendations of my friends, I urgently brought them to this clinic. Vera Vasilyevna, a good and kind doctor, received us. We did all the necessary tests, the girl is a paramedic (I don't remember her name) She carefully put on an IV, the cat calmed down with it and lay quietly. The next day, Anna Nikolaevna received me. I really liked her, she's a very nice doctor. She explained everything based on the results of the tests and treatment. My beauty was cured in a few days. Competently and accessible.
Yes, no one here will babble with patients and their animals, because there is a large flow of people and heavy workload. But there is also no bad attitude. It's too bad that there is no appointment and shoe covers. A very important point is that a dry cleaner (a cabinet for sterilizing instruments) is standing and working in the office. Also, all tests are given on hand - this is also a plus.

On Monday, 09/20/2021 at 16:14, the administrator said by phone that it could be done on 22.09, since, according to her, on 21.09, the doctor who can do this will not be on site. We arrived on 22.09 at around 18:00-18:30, there was no one at the reception desk for 20-25 minutes. When we went to look for at least one of the staff on our own, the girl at the desk in one of the offices said: "Well, I don't know who told you what on the phone, we don't have access to the system, we don't issue such certificates."
I think it makes sense to figure out what services you provide and provide staff with up-to-date information.
PS it was possible to get through to the clinic only 5 times - they do not pick up the phone, they do not answer Viber (although Viber is indicated on the brestvet website as a method of communication).
