Ул. Кирова(Арбат) местный. Закон о тишине видимо писан не для них! Где патрули в этом районе??? С пятницы на субботу и с субботы на воскресенье музыка орёт всю ночь! А рядом жилой дом Андропова 25/9 и люди хотят спать!!! Звоню в полицию, мер не принимают, на вызов не приезжают! Сколько можно издеваться над людьми!!!
