Incompetent employees, it was possible to solve my question (refund of the deposit for equipment with reissue to another user) only from the fifth campaign, it took 12 calendar days. Things are a little better at the central office on Severny Prospekt. I was sent to the head office by the operator (after my call to the hotline, and then not immediately), even there they filled out documents with some errors. I strongly advise you not to use the services of this company, you will save your nerves and time only if there is no other provider in your home. The staff are all polite - I give 2 stars for this, not one. The Internet itself leaves much to be desired, during rush hour the speed can drop to zero, frequent interruptions and complete lack of connection are not uncommon. I used the services of this provider for 2 years (there were no other options).
