Be aware of their contact and read the agreement carefully… when you’ll try to cancel (terminate) it and stop using the service, you’ll have to pay huge extra fees. It looks like a fraud and scam… avoid them, especially broadband Internet agreement for your home wi-fi network.

I have lived in Armenia for a long time, and I haven’t seen a worse telecommunication company than this. They have zero coordination with each other. I wanted to purchase an item, I called 3 times, nobody could answer a simple question: DO YOU HAVE THIS ITEM OR NOT? I personally went to one of their offices, they checked and said they have the item, and it’s in their headquarters. I went there, THEY CHECKED AGAIN FOR 15 minutes only to find out the item DOESN’T WORK!

Fix your lavel up , stop ripping off people, why when i top up my tarrif I have to wait around 10min so it actives? turn off all my cellular etc? used to be 30sec 3years ago and every month you make it higher, if you do not stop doing this I will make sure to amke a really nice program discussing this issue. The connection is good, but my advice to you is to carefully monitor the amount of Internet traffic. If it ends, no one will warn you and 500 drams will be charged for trying to access the Internet. It's USELESS to complain about this, tech support believes that this is the norm. Tech support also believes that responding for 40 minutes in a chat is also the norm. So if any technical difficulties arise, you will solve them only in the office. By the way, the offices are staffed by excellent, pleasant people who, unlike technical support, understand the Ucom product. Tech support won't be able to help you even with the Ucom app. Once again, the connection itself is good, well, it would be better if you did not encounter technical problems.

We have been using their services for three years — both mobile communications and home Internet. The Internet agreement states that the agreement is automatically extended for the next calendar year if no notice of termination is given 15 days before the end. We came to the office strictly on time to close the contract, and then the most interesting thing began. It turned out that, according to them, the periods are not counted according to the calendar year, but "a year plus a month, plus more days if the contract was signed not on the 1st of the month, for example on the 13th." As a result, over three years, 4 more extra months have somehow "accumulated". We were told that without a fine, you can terminate the contract either by continuing to pay the subscription fee, or immediately pay a fine of AMD 15,000. Naturally, I was outraged. I feel cheated. The senior manager turned out to be completely useless — he does not solve anything and is not responsible for anything. Moreover, they refused to even accept an official appeal to reconsider this frankly unfair fine. (I left an application, no one contacted me, another month passed, the fine was finally paid, and the next day they called me with an answer to the application that they couldn't do anything. As a result, the conclusion is simple: for them, the client is a source of money, not a person. I don't recommend it to anyone — they will only write off money and won't take a step forward, even when the problem is obvious.

The scammers have been their clients for 3 years, both communication and home Internet. I'm very unhappy. Fines are levied for renaming. If you sold the apartment and the new owner changes the tariff, then there are fines again. It is impossible to reach the operator. There is no communication in the house and zero reaction from them. But everything is paid for. You call the master, he comes in a week. And without communication, you sit and wait. Fragile optical wires are hanging from all the entrances to the city, and I have a lot of pictures of dangling optics.

The worst company I've ever contacted. There is an old router with a rented apartment. Everything is normal except Wi-fi - you can not fall off for a few minutes and so every 10 minutes. They promised to change it to a new one. They came, set it up, and set it up. There is no Internet in the old router, "Top up your balance" on the new one. The masters said "It will work soon" and ran away. It looks like they gave me another subscriber's router. I've been fighting them since AUGUST (it's April now!) and no changes. Either they don't have such a contract number, or they don't have such an address.

I decided to use the new services (change the package) and that's where it started. I couldn't even imagine that today, when the market is full of companies offering the Internet, it is possible to work so disgustingly. It turns out that you need to wait 2 weeks to use the Internet, although the time was originally specified from 5 to 7 days. Then call the operators a million more times so that they send a co -worker and he did his job . No one even deigned to contact me in order to find out if my Internet was turned on or not. I am very disappointed in the work of this company and I do not advise anyone to contact them.

Incompetent employees (I contacted the office on Garegin Nzhdeh Square), it was possible to solve my question (refund of the deposit for equipment with reissue to another user) only from the fifth hike, it took 12 calendar days. Things are a little better at the central office on Severny Prospekt. I was sent to the head office by the operator (after my call to the hotline, and then not immediately), even there they filled out documents with some errors. I strongly advise you not to use the services of this company, you will save your nerves and time only if there is no other provider in your home. The staff are all polite - I give 2 stars for this, not one. The Internet itself leaves much to be desired, during rush hour the speed can drop to zero, frequent interruptions and complete lack of connection are not uncommon. I used the services of this provider for 2 years (there were no other options).

Disgusting billing system!! Thanks to it, you can lose double the amount of the mobile Internet tariff every month. The prepaid tariff expires and, even if the full amount is available for payment for the next month, it is not automatically extended. Instead, money is being spent from the account for megabyte-by-byte billing of Internet traffic. As a result, the entire amount intended for connecting the tariff for a month can be debited in half an hour. They also don't know a damn thing about what's going on with the money in the account.
