It's been a very, very, very long time. There were only four people in front of me in the queue, and the waiting time was 1 hour and 20 minutes. I'm happy with the Ucom connection, but every trip to the office for any reason is a wasted 1-2 hours, and it's not a fact that you'll get the right service in the end.

Terrible company. If you can avoid going to the Yukom, don't do it. By mobile communication: When you deposit money, you have to wait 10 minutes with the phone turned off, otherwise the money will be debited. I got it like that once. Sur and nonsense It's even worse on the home Internet. There was an expensive fare, and the speed was disgusting. I didn't pull 2 video conferences at the same time. The last straw was that we terminated the contract, gave them the router, and the money for it is not returned. We promised it in 10 working days, but it's almost been a month already 🤬 Service 0/10

Don't mess with them.

Of the three employees, only one is working, to whom a queue is lined up for an hour, the rest are giggling and do not know anything. Upd. As it turned out a little later, the only employee working in the department cheated on 4700 AMD, taking money for connecting to a tariff that was already connected.
