Ucom is the worst. It doesn't care about its subscribers' needs. It cares about nothing at all. Unworkable services, low quality services, nothing can make them worry.

- termination of the contract costs money - switching between tariffs - several days - termination of the contract in the office took 2 hours - there are tariffs in the LC that you did not agree to, support is dumb and slow. problems are solved through support rather in spite of than thanks to - horse price tag the worst service of all, the only good thing is a more or less stable Internet relative to other providers. but any communication with support/office is pain and hell.
