A great store for Gomel. I just found where to order a braid for a tillerblock from Russia. I didn't even want to get cheaper from the online store. They were delivered on time as promised, for the money that they promised. They helped me carry it to the car. By the way, the spit of agon Zarya KR 05000-03+ Neva MB2 multiagro. A couple of hours to adjust the pulleys with homemade washers and drill holes in the connecting shaft and the grass terminator is ready. And ... I saw then they brought another one, it was on the vet. In terms of mowing speed, the trimer was not standing nearby. And about the consultation on the product... so the sellers are townspeople, and the product is for those who are friends with their heads and hands!

Extremely negative attitude... I bought a huskvarn scythe, there was a breakdown, I gave it to gorantia. They were taken to Minsk. They asked 120 rubles for repairs (the scythe was under warranty), they motivated the payment by storing it in the wrong place (a warm garage is no longer suitable for storage.), and also by pouring the wrong oil... (I bought the oil together with the scythe in the same place.) I had to change the carburetor... He broke in a lot of money. I thought about throwing it out altogether. They were kept alive until the warranty period ended. Now I regret it, I had to contact the consumer rights Society.

The gas pump has broken off the protection of the gas tank under warranty. I turned to the store to replace the protection shield, they said you need to send the entire braid to the workshop in Minsk, or call and arrange for one damaged part to be sent. The warranty workshop said to send the entire scythe assembly and there are no other options, but at the time of shipments and replacement, they did not explain what to mow.

I bought an eco 185N petrol pump at the end of July, mowed a small area 3 times, in mid-September problems with the starter began and idle speeds required adjustment after running-in, called the store with these questions - the seller answered the starter the warranty is not adjusted and if I can buy a new one from them and I have to adjust the idle ones myself. Apparently, the sellers do not read the warranty conditions from the manufacturer and their main task is to push the goods to the buyer, and in case of problems, these are the buyer's questions.
I strongly do not recommend this store.

I wanted to buy a head for a Shindaiwa C230 motorcycle mower, I was offered a choice of three options, from Chinese to branded Husqvarna, but....as always, not everything is so simple - there were no adapters from any manufacturer. The Oregon kit didn't turn out to be the right one. I called the Maple service, everything turned out to be available there (adapters with a bunch of different threads) . The prices are the same up to the ruble, but the service is not. A good store is a success, but I put only a C on the selection of equipment by the staff.
