Traditionally, I hand over complex equipment for maintenance once every 3 years. This year I gave the lawn mower to this company. Maintenance EXPENSES. We did it for 3 weeks and charged 26p (+/-9$). They talked for a long time about how the nuts and bolts were tightened throughout the workshop. They tried to persuade me to buy a knife at a price 10% more expensive than in a company store. And most importantly, not a single node was lubricated. THEY DIDN'T LUBRICATE IT AT ALL. I have a degree in mechanical engineering. And I know what I'm talking about. And if there were repairs? AVOID THESE SPECIALISTS SO THAT YOU DON'T COMPLAIN LATER. like me

Outrageous treatment of their customers. It took a month to clean the valve in the electric mop. At first, they were too lazy to call and say that they needed to pay extra after the diagnosis, and then for 2 weeks they "forgot" to send my mop to Mogilev. The most annoying thing is that they have a monopoly on the market, and I have a lot of Karcher equipment, and in case of any breakdown, I will have to contact them again.
