They gave the lawn mower for diagnosis, waited 3 weeks for a call to tell them what happened to it and what repairs were required. I called myself, they said I was ready, you can pick it up. They say you need to change the engine and it's more expensive than buying a new one. I think they paid 25p for the diagnosis. We bought a new one, and this one was put in the pantry. A year later, a friend suggested looking at a lawn mower. And he said that they hadn't even opened it, because there was grass stuck on the screws. I bought some kind of spare part on wilberis for 10p., sharpened the knives and the mower started working like new. I do not recommend this "service" at all. They take advantage of the fact that a person does not understand such techniques and deceive.

Outrageous treatment of their customers. It took a month to clean the valve in the electric mop. At first, they were too lazy to call and say that they needed to pay extra after the diagnosis, and then for 2 weeks they "forgot" to send my mop to Mogilev. The most annoying thing is that they have a monopoly on the market, and I have a lot of Karcher equipment, and in case of any breakdown, I will have to contact them again.
