Almost a year later, when the sensor malfunctioned, and I couldn't go to the house where the IR panels were installed (coronovirus interferes, my parents live in the house, they are over eighty), the staff not only offered to fix everything remotely (given the situation), they dealt with my grandfather for 40 minutes on the phone, very much patiently and extremely kindly, attentively, they told me what to press and how to fix everything, then they called, told me again where to watch what.
