We have 2 schools behind the intersection and 3 kindergartens on different sides of the intersections! School children go to school in the morning, but it's dark now! There have been repeated accidents with pedestrians, both at night and during daylight hours ... This is lawlessness, we have been living in the area for 16 years and traffic is still not organized!! I clarified about the installation of this traffic light even when my daughter went to the 1st grade, this year she graduated from school... Where else should I write? Tell me, I'll write. Secondly, a new road was opened connecting Golubka and Olshevsky streets, which significantly increased the flow of cars in both directions. Therefore, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that a traffic light is urgently needed at the intersection of Golubka and Haruna streets! The situation regarding the removal or registration of legal entities in Minsk is deplorable. There is one MREO for the whole city (Dzerzhinsky 3) for legal entities, the queues are huge. As a rule, only one window works, very slowly , with breaks " for airing " and for lunch. There is no electronic queue, there are quarrels and swearing in the live queue, people have to stand all day. The documents are issued, the turn is 3-7 days. There Is No Parking. When I got to the "Acceptance of documents" window, they said that I had paid 74 rubles. and 1.48 rubles. to the traffic police of the Minsk City Executive Committee (paid through the ERIP) and that I had to go to Timiryazeva,114. I don't want to describe my condition, because I've killed two days and I can't find decent words! The next day, I went to 114 Timiryazev Street (traffic police of the Minsk City Executive Committee) at 8:00. No queues, There is a separate hall for the exchange of a Driver's license, a sign "Driver's license exchange, 3rd floor" hangs on the door of the middle entrance of the building, you just need to pay attention to it. I was the sixth, at 8.05 they accepted my documents, at 8.10 they took a picture and I was free!!! To pick up the finished product from 16.00 to 17.00. I arrived at 16.00, there are no queues at the "Document issuance" window. He showed his passport, immediately issued a new driver's license and returned the medical certificate. That's it!!! I was greatly relieved. I wrote a long story, it hurt; I hope it will help others not to waste time and nerves. And to the employees of the traffic police department of the Minsk City Executive Committee (Timiryazeva, 114), many thanks, they also have a "civil" building, there are benches in the hall where you can sit down and drink coffee and a toilet, and you do not need to depend on the weather!

Yes, and I want to point out that I didn't spend a lot of time there, I was there for less than a minute. I repeat, less than a minute!!! Please explain, what is this boorish person doing in a state organization? Such workers should not be allowed near people! In the end, I am also preparing to replace documents and for a photo that will show off with me for many years on the rights. It's not just a piece of paper, it's a document that will be shown to other people. Personally, no one was rude to me, everything was correct, fast, polite. But the queue and such a number of people is terrible. There is air conditioning, but it does not work, a huge crowd, some indoors, some outdoors. There's nothing to breathe. I figured out the payment at the ERIP myself. The certificate was issued only the next day, they could not find it, they had to wait extra. The girls tried, and after 10 minutes I came out with my license. If you want to pick it up on the same day, you need to arrive before 8, probably, and take a queue. It took me 2.5 hours one day and an hour the other. I broke my whole weekend.

They are called in turn, if all the documents are in hand and everything is in order with them, the process takes less than 5 minutes per person. The docks do not accept payments without payment, but while you are waiting in line, you can safely pay in the ERIP. Then you sign the application, they send you a photo and tell you when to pick up WU. As I understand it, if you serve in the morning, then everything is ready on the same day: I was told to come from 4 to 5, passport issuance on a first-come, first-served basis. Total: I went in at 8.00, I already left at 8.14, it took 10 minutes to wait in line, another 4 minutes to submit docks and photos. It took literally two minutes to pick up the license, and then only because of the small queue. P.S. I don't understand the discontent about the photos, it's not a photo studio. And if everyone looks at photos and chooses, then the queue will never end. Moreover, the photo in the rights is not so big, and also with watermarks on the face.
