The technical support work leaves much to be desired. The Internet goes out 1-2 times a week, and it's not always possible to get through. Sometimes they have endless DDOS attacks, sometimes they have problems, sometimes they don't know. Applications are not considered immediately, and they may be considered the next day. No one calls back, no one informs about the application, and there is no Internet.

I use the UGLETELECOM service.the third year.Everything is fine.It doesn't slow down.there were only problems with broken wires that were solved instantly.it happened that I communicate with the technical service and the reme brigade has already arrived at the house.I recommend it from the bottom of my heart

The Internet itself is not bad, but the service is a disaster. I haven't been able to log into my personal account for several months, the money is being debited somehow, fifteen hundred a month costs instead of 600 according to the contract, and it's not possible to get through anywhere. Terribly disappointed!
