I visited Ugli Premium and, unfortunately, was extremely disappointed. The service is terribly slow — I had to wait more than 30 minutes to get the usual boiling water. The food came cold. In the establishment where the hookah is claimed, there was not even a hookah machine — how is that at all? There were enough people that evening, but I'm sure it's not the first time that the restaurant has boarded fully, and this is definitely not an excuse for such a level of service. The staff doesn't respond until you invite the receptionist, and only then do they start doing something. And that's not all that ruined the evening. It does not justify the "premium" status at all.
