It's a great school, lots of languages to choose from, but I settled on English. It is very interesting to study in groups, especially when there is a cool teacher, Julia leads me. They explain it clearly, the textbooks are interesting, not the same as they were at school, they are generally understandable to everyone! I especially enjoyed the opportunity to come and chat with a native speaker, sooo good at spoken English, very cool. After a year of studying, I have already mastered one of the English levels and as a result, I can speak and understand the native speaker quite fluently!

I would like to leave a review of this school. I love her so much. I have been studying the language for about 6-7 years, starting from grade 2-3, where we did not study it in depth. I came to this school in grade 7 with a B1 level, and at the moment I am in grade 8 with a B1+ – B2 level. I went through my way in English at this school with my teacher, Diana. This is the most wonderful teacher who helps with everything, explains mistakes, helps you correct them, and literally helps you improve yourself in this language. Diana is a very comfortable teacher and person, you can talk to her on any topic in English, she knows the answers to all questions. I came to this school by accident.. I can say that I like this language school in many ways: the convenience of payment and the relatively low cost of tuition, the location in the city center, the provision of electronic learning materials and a convenient schedule of classes, which allows you to combine with work and study! I would also like to add that I study at this language school with teacher Elena. If possible, I will continue to study with Elena and at subsequent language levels! She perfectly organizes the learning process, sets a positive atmosphere and focuses on our problematic moments in learning the language, which contributes to an excellent consolidation of the material, so I can confidently recommend this teacher! Cons: I personally don't like chairs in the classroom, because it's inconvenient to write behind them, which is why I may not have time to write down all the material in class (chairs with a folding table for right-handed people); the tables are small and designed for right-handed people, and they often fall down and are poorly fixed.

I chose the YLS school because I realized that I can only study on my own for a couple of days, and then the motivation disappears. I wanted a normal structure, someone to explain, correct and give direction, and not just watch the video and hope that everything will be remembered by itself. I studied with Alina, a very pleasant teacher. She knows how to explain calmly and in simple words, never interrupts or makes you feel uncomfortable if something doesn't work out. Lessons are easy, and time really flies by. I especially liked that the lessons are built around conversational practice. We talk a lot, discuss ordinary life situations, and thanks to this, I became less afraid to speak English. I chose YLS because of the intensive course, but I didn't find any more such courses. I was lucky to have a teacher named Anastasia. She is a competent and patient teacher who structures the material perfectly, and most importantly, we talk a lot in class. This is the biggest advantage of the technique. Not cramming, but live speech. There is already a result in two months (Beginner). I gained confidence in simple dialogues, I understand the basics by ear. I passed the final test easily. I am very happy, I feel the progress and it motivates me to keep going. However, to ensure that the review is complete, I will also mention organizational issues that sometimes interfered with the learning process. The classrooms are not very comfortable. Instead of standard desks, side tables are used, from which students constantly have something falling (pens, phones, textbooks). This distracts attention and distracts from the lesson. Regular desks would be much more practical. There is a separate problem with heating. Before it was turned on centrally, it was unbearably cold in some classrooms. Sometimes my teeth started chattering from the cold. Does the school really not have the opportunity to solve this problem, for example, by purchasing conventional heaters? It is very difficult to study in such conditions. When recruiting groups, the logic of managers is not always clear. Just a few classes before the end of our course, a new person with almost zero level was added to the group. It was obviously difficult for him to get involved in the process, and instead of moving forward, we had to help him master the material we had already covered, which slowed down the overall progress. A stable group from the beginning to the end of the course, in my opinion, would be more effective. Despite these shortcomings, I am satisfied with the result. I hope the school will pay attention to organizational issues in order to make the learning process even more comfortable for all students.

Cramming textbooks is not suitable, and all kinds of applications in game formats such as duolingo are not suitable for me, because instead of learning, I start competing. I was looking for a school where I could study Chinese, and in one of the reviews it was mentioned that it was one of the best language schools in Minsk, so I decided to stay there. An additional advantage was that the group was formed throughout September, meaning that while many schools had already completed enrollment and were planning the next one for a while, I got to ulc just in time for the launch of new groups. The school also has a convenient geographical location, and you can easily get there by metro (Oktyabrskaya or Nemiga). I studied Chinese in a group with two teachers, Yana and Anna, and individually with Svetlana. The manager helped me quickly change the group and switch to a different training format when I wanted to. During group classes, more conversational skills were improved and a significant part was taken up by listening, while individually they focused more on speaking. A new practical Chinese language course was taught in groups, 2 parts of the textbook were completed in a year, the textbook is very extensive and interesting, thanks to it, the vocabulary has significantly expanded. Svetlana and I studied individually according to the Standard Course, we were preparing for the Hsk, the textbook is less full than the NPC, but just right for the exam. I started my studies in early October, passed hsk1 in March, hsk2 in May, and I'm going to pass hsk3 in December

I was consciously looking for a school, not an independent format, because control and live communication practice were critically important to me. My choice fell on ULC after a friend told me about this school. I immediately appreciated the teacher's professionalism and thoughtful lesson structure. Before starting my studies, I was afraid that I would not be able to keep up a conversation and that my level would be too weak for the group. However, from the very first days, the atmosphere of support and immersion in the language helped me relax a little. By now, I have begun to understand others when traveling abroad and can already communicate a little on everyday topics. There is not enough variety in English classes, the d/w check can take up to 20 minutes, and each lesson takes turns reading the text/sentences where you need to insert the missing word. Such a bloodline is possible for A2 maximum, but not upper-intermediate in any way. Large blocks are skipped from the textbook, I think because we have been "sitting" on the same thing for a long time.

I decided to study at the Law School because practice and communication are important in English. At the Law School of English, it is possible to get everything at once: an explanation of the rules, a large vocabulary, and communication on various topics. I studied with teacher Galina Stanislavovna, the most wonderful teacher: she explains things in an accessible way, points out mistakes, gives creative assignments, finds her own approach to everyone. I chose a language school for myself for a long time, reviewed a huge number of different schools, but decided to stop at this one and never regretted it. I have been studying here for a year now and I will continue my studies. At first I was a little hesitant, but I decided to take the opportunity to attend a trial class. At the first stage, with the help of a test and communication with the manager, they determined my language level and selected a group suitable for the level. The atmosphere in the group was wonderful, everyone was sociable, funny and friendly. Teacher Anastasia immediately endeared herself, I really like her approach to learning, the program according to which we study, communication with the group, will always prompt, explain and help if there are difficulties somewhere. I also want to note the convenience of the location of classrooms, and the classrooms themselves are equipped with everything for comfortable study. During the year of classes at this school, my English language level has significantly improved, grammar gaps have been closed, my listening comprehension has improved, and thanks to the teacher and the atmosphere in the group, I overcame my embarrassment to speak English aloud!
