The location is good in the center. There are 24-hour cafes and a grocery store nearby. Breakfast is not included. There is parking for 3 cars. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, refrigerator, TV (programs only on the Internet). We lived from Saturday to Monday, during which time the garbage was not taken away.

Good afternoon. We rented an apartment from July 17th to 20th. We liked everything. The rooms are clean and cozy. TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi are available. There is no washing machine and microwave in the room, but it was not critical for us. The hotel is located in the private sector, but the location is very elegant. The aquarium, Baiterek is nearby. We stayed at the hotel from 11 to 14 June. The location is fire! Practically the center, despite the private sector. The courtyard is not quite landscaped, to put it mildly, not presentable, but the room is just a cannon! Despite the fact that it is a double room, there is a spacious hallway, cupboards and a door to the bathroom. The room itself is spacious: 2 beds, sofa, table, bedside tables, desk, refrigerator, TV. There is everything you need: kettle, hairdryer, towels, dental kits, shower gel, shampoo, soap. There's a microwave in the hallway. The price and quality are more than pleasing! A very modest hotel in the private sector of the city. On the one hand, the proximity to the center pleases, on the other - the batteries were turned off at night (fortunately there were two powerful heaters in the room), the furniture is in old condition, very weak sound insulation. At night, you wake up to the sound of slamming doors. Staying for a day is fine, but I wouldn't come back.

I didn't like it very much. The receptionists are not friendly. The bed linen was washed, it was unpleasant for them to hide, the towels were the same. The pillows are terrible, they consist of some lumps. The bathroom door could not be opened from the inside, and the shower mat was missing. The relay in the shower stall was falling off. At the same time, they came to clean the room when we were not in the room where our things were. One day, when I returned in the evening, I did not find the phone charger in the place where I left it. After rummaging through the entire room, they found a charger in the drawer of the bedside table (the cleaner did her best). Although nothing of value was lost, an unpleasant aftertaste remained.
