Overall, it's a good terminal. But the representatives of the companies themselves are confused about the floors where the flight will board. However, they help and inform us in every possible way. I especially liked the office of the Metro company. They invited me to wait for the flight, helped me contact my family via Wi-Fi (I was waiting for a SIM card with a driver, which I forgot in another city) and offered tea. The service is excellent. Tickets are also more profitable to buy on the spot, especially with children, they offer discounts. There is an elevator, escalators. The service is free in Kyzylai and other districts.
