I came to the examination with one sluggish problem - I left with two (not sluggish was added). They wrote out a check, asked what kind of range of services is described there - they can't even describe half of it, what and why. A big request to managers is that if you are engaged in the sale of services, and not treatment, then please take the time to properly train staff in a difficult, salesman's fate.
