Ни квалификации, ни оборудования. Мальчику 1,5 годика. Довели ребенка до гнойного отита. Если бы не одумались и не поехали в Витебск, была бы операция. Не рекомендую обращаться, рекомендую не знать этого места. Всем здоровья!
