Overall, a good hotel, I liked everything, it was beautiful, cozy, the rooms have everything you need, clean. Swimming pool, free hot drinks with cookies. But we rented a room with a balcony and to our surprise, the balcony was locked.

An atmospheric hotel in Bangkok. Very nice and clean family room on the fifth floor. The girl at the reception has good English. A cute security guard met me in the rain at a taxi with an umbrella and escorted me to the hotel. It's a long way from the metro, it's difficult to get through traffic jams.

In this hotel, this is what happened to me- we stayed for 2 days, after coloring my hair, when moistened from the heat, they painted a pillowcase, in 2 days the linen was changed, nothing foreshadowed such a turn, when handing over the room, they bring me 2 sets of linen, showing paint stains and demand to pay 2 thousand baht for washing. Outraged, we tried to find out what the claim was and why they changed the underwear and did not warn about the problem, but neither in Russian, nor in English, nor gestures of exchanging underwear, they pretended that they did not understand anything - that's how Thailand met us... In the next hotel, I immediately decided to find out if there would be problems with dyeing the linen- they told me yes, this is a problem, I had to cover the pillow with a non-white beach towel, because of such hair dyes, this was not the first time, neither in Russian nor in other hotels such claims were never made to me!
