It's faster to order from the other side of the city and it will arrive faster, and it feels like it was because it was brought cold. It's how they cooked it so that it had time to cool down. They dropped a salt shaker into the egg and decided not to redo it, or I do not know why it tastes so much salt. The waiters have to be called and reminded that they forgot to bring.
Poke and sushi are more or less, although I would not say that it is just delicious, as they write here. Initially, we wanted to order dessert, but changed our mind, there were plans for the next couple of days besides waiting for dishes. Ice cream was requested twice (!), the waiting time was also about an hour. Apparently they have weak freezers and did not have time to freeze the ice cream, because I do not understand what you can do with ice cream for an hour.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the staff, this is the level of a shawarma shop, and not an institution of this scale.

I've been to UMI once (so far), I'll come back again. It's delicious, beautiful, and interesting to try new dishes. Of the minuses, the waiters came up for a long time when we arrived and as if the hood was not working well, it is worth checking it, because it spoils the impression of such a beautiful place. Otherwise, only the pros, the staff are polite and friendly, offer hangers for your coat and will hang your umbrella separately. It pleasantly surprised me, thank you!

I visited an institution that at first glance seemed pleasant and appropriate to a high level. However, the whole impression was spoiled by the administrator of Ulyana.
Even when making a preliminary call to book a table and discuss the possibility of holding business meetings, Ulyana allowed herself unflattering remarks and refused to answer questions about the work of the institution and the menu. Despite this, I managed to book a table.
When visiting the institution, I came across Ulyanai again. She didn't know the menu, got confused in it and made remarks as if I owed her something. She replied to my comments that she didn't like me, so she thought it was right to communicate in that tone. I was not offered an order, but, fortunately, the waitress came over and answered all my questions.
However, during the calculation, Ulyana appeared again with unnecessary comments and an opinion that I did not ask for. The mood was ruined. It seems that the receptionist is either a relative of the owners, or believes that the guests owe her something. Her behavior is rudeness and incompetence, which, apparently, is the hallmark of this institution, based on the fact that this person works there as an administrator, meets a guest, is rude on the phone, gives her comments and expresses her opinion about which no one asks. As the hostess there.
