I came to this clinic twice with a child and we were happy with the visits. We will come again. And so I ventured to sign up for professional hygiene and somehow got very upset.
I go through the procedure with a certain frequency, it did not work with a small child more than once a year, but I still remember that the procedure itself should not be terribly painful and after it it should not be extremely unpleasant and painful for the gums.
This time in 20 minutes! The procedures (usually they did it for about an hour) hurt me many times. The doctor led a monologue, of course, I could not give feedback and ask my questions.
In the end, they put something on my teeth, asked me to smear my tongue on my teeth inside, drive for a few seconds in my mouth and then sucked out the remnants. I don't even know what it was or if I smeared it well on my teeth, and no one checked.
I couldn't eat all day, everything hurts, it really feels like it's swollen and swollen.
The doctor is undoubtedly a good person who knows how to do professional hygiene quickly. Maybe even her professionalism is in this, but I don't want to go back to her (((

Firstly, the location is very unfortunate: there is no parking, and it is simply impossible to park a car somewhere nearby. Considering the cost of treatment, it is obvious that visitors do not come by tram.
Secondly, I have never seen such a dental clinic before: it is literally one office! In which everyone is almost sitting on top of each other. There are two dental chairs nearby. + 2 doctors, + 2 assistants, + another patient may be a child with parents. There is a constant fuss, noise, and people scurrying between you and the doctor and around you. It's as uncomfortable as possible. Considering the first point, it is completely unclear why not move to a more suitable room for a dental clinic.
Thirdly, I did not like the consultation with V. Skibenko at all. The presentation of the 3D smile system took up almost the entire consultation. After that, the doctor sent me to the reception to get acquainted with the price list of treatment on the aligners. I had to ask myself, so what do we expect to receive during treatment, etc. I have important features of the structure of the maxillary system that have not been announced and considered, although other experts have focused on this. I have been consulted by many orthodontists, and I have something to compare it with: what kind of office it can be, what kind of detailed examination and detailed consultation with an explanation of all the nuances and expectations can be.
I do not recommend this place at all, nevertheless, for the high cost of treatment, I want to get comfort, pleasure and attentive approach)

After a certain number of visits, I decided to move to another clinic. The service is a weak link, they can call you about the reception, but if they didn't get through once, no one will call back, it's not a fact that they will get through there themselves. They can cancel the reception and not take care of replacing the time, just rewrite yourself when you want and when it already works out, no matter how juicy you needed it. Printouts of the manipulations performed are not given out, only if you ask for it yourself, then general information on a small piece of paper.
The only thing I really liked was the doctor - Durovich Evgenia, so comfortable and pleasant communication and a good specialist.

My visit to Umka in April was held under the motto: "Do you know how to spend 170 rubles in 15 minutes? - come to us for hygiene." It is quite difficult to enroll in a clinic, and choosing a convenient time is even more difficult. Despite this, I did not go to a more convenient and even budget place, because I am ready to pay for service and quality. I take time off from work for 1.5 hours, I look for a parking space for 30 minutes to spend 15 minutes (from the time of entering the clinic to the moment of payment) and not even in the doctor's chair, where they first scold me that I haven't been for a long time (In Covid conditions it is very difficult to keep the right schedule, especially if you it seems that you feel bad and treat others responsibly) Then they will write the formula, and at this time you will hear about the "dots", and as a result, you will not get the mirror that was so offered to look at the stones at the end of the procedure, you will see the result only at home. Only my repeated question about bleeding gums became an excuse to send me to a picture, which I refused, to tell me about the reasons for my worries (those "points" that I did not like – the doctor did not consider it necessary). The mood to ask questions about bleaching, which I have been making plans for a long time, watching the doctor's account, disappeared, there was no interest in the patient's questions at all. Bleeding after Prof.hygiene, by the way, has completely passed. I probably met this attitude only in childhood in the state polyclinic on Kazints. I have been a patient of Umka for several years (I have been with two doctors) and there is something to compare, I liked everything, recommended it to my friends and many did not share my delight, now I understand them and definitely will not recommend them in the future. There was a clear conviction in the sediment that the service was rendered to me poorly. I am writing a review a month later, as this belief has not left me yet. And by my own personal example, I felt how the picture on Instagram can differ from reality, especially when you are not a blogger. I take off only one star, just for the kind attitude towards my previous visits. I'm a fan of the Kuraprox brand, definitely thanks to Umka, and thanks a lot for that!

I had a consultation with an orthodontist. I was a little offended by the fact that for a consultation for 30 rubles I had to communicate with a doctor to the sounds of dental repairs to the guy in the next chair, there is not even a screen, it is comfortable as in a state polyclinic. But these are quibbles, but the consultation itself surprised me more. The doctor somehow vaguely answered my questions, could not really explain what and why. She made some assumptions that I did not understand, which I did not hear before or after. She wrote me a TMJ dysfunction in conclusion, she didn't tell me anything about it at all, I read it when I left, but I didn't have any pain and no complaints, so understand how you know! In the end, she said that I need to put only the most ordinary braces, not aligners and not daemon. I couldn't explain why. Then I went to consultations with a couple of orthodontists, they said something completely different. It seems that a person has learned a couple of clever phrases and diagnoses, but does not know how to apply this knowledge where necessary. But a beautiful page with bragging rights is available. Maybe I don't understand something, I'm not a doctor, but I need to explain something in this case.
