I don't recommend it . We had an operation, came to receptions after, where they told us everything was fine. But the pet died. Thank you for taking a lot of money and giving false hope!

You have no attitude towards customers, my pet and I were booked for the evening, it was on the day of the pet's death , respectively, we did not go anywhere.I forgot to cancel the recording, but you didn't even call. They didn 't ask about the reasons .It seemed very strange to me, because first of all it's your time, you could have accepted someone else, but you didn't care. At the reception after the operation, we talked about the fact that he scratches his stitches and tears them, to which we were told, well, it's understandable, they're bothering him. Nevertheless, you did not bandage this place in any way and did not tell us to do it, although as I understand it, you knew that he would have such a problem.
I understand that this is a difficult job and it should be well paid , but you should also approach it accordingly.

Нам клиника очень понравилась, если бы можно было поставить 10 заезд, с удовольствием бы сделала. Персонал приятный, доктор очень понимающий и видно, что любит животных. В других отзывах пишут про цены, мол дорого, но это для кого как, в других клиниках где мы были, дороже было, ходим не первый год с котом, а сейчас и собаку тоже водим только сюда, хоть и не близко от дома. В общем я очень рекомендую

Подобрали кошечку, решили стерилизовать. Выбор пал на ветклинику "Умную ветеринария". Удобное время операции (утренние часы), доброжелательный персонал, квалифицированные врачи. Через полтора часа нам отдали уже проснувшуюся после наркоза кошечку. Швы саморассасывающиеся, шов косметический. Спасибо

Записались на прием к врачу по телефону.просто на осмотр врача .по телефону сказали будет стоить 20р.мы согласились.пришли по записи.врач осмотрел.без объяснения взял анализ с ушка..про то сколько анализ будет стоит не сказал не слова.в конце осмотра сказал что надо лечение.в виде таблеток и капель в ушки.предлогают лечение самое дорогое.стояли таблетки по 29.0р.сказали что не подойдёт.так как собака весит не 2.5кг.а 2.6.тоесть 100гр.они решили что это очень большой перевес.и стали предлогать таблетки по 70р.по итогу за осмотр.мы заплатили 40р.вместо 20.это все без капель и без таблеток.если вы хотите сходить к доктору советую искать другую вет.клинику.в этой не предупреждают сколько что будет стоить лекарства стораются впихнуть дорогие .не советую.даже если она и рядом с вашим домом.

К врачам клиники вопросов нет, уже несколько лет лечимся здесь, врачи всегда приветливы и аккуратны. Но новая администратор на ресепшене это что-то с чем-то, таких грубиянов я ещё не встречала. Приходили при ней уже три раза, но предыдущие два раза кроме пассивной агрессии и явной неудовлетворённости то ли работой, то ли жизнью ничего не было. Последний же раз женщина нахамила нам, критиковала стрижку кота, выпытаваю неужели это мы так его подстригли и где находится такой ужасный салон, спрашивала нет ли у него каких-либо заболеваний кожи. В итоге у врача мы провели ровно две минуты, но весь поток негатива выслушивали в два раза дольше. До этого на ресепшене сидела очень приятная и вежливая женщина.

Очень понравилась обстановка в данной клинике. Врач Александра помогла разобрать проблему и подобрала грамотное лечение. Кот совсем не боялся специалиста, хотя и не легко приспосабливается к новой обстановке. Цены адекватные. Спасибо за хорошее обслуживание и квалифицированных специалистов, которые умеют находить общий язык с животными и решать проблемы с их здоровьем!

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность Волочаевой Ольге Владимировне за её труд, заботу и такую сильную помощь в лечении. Наш кролик старенький(11 лет и 7 месяцев) и так сопереживать и главное помогать, грамотно подбирая лекарства для взрослого животного.. мы действительно были в надежных руках. Все уколы, капельницы, операции перенесли.. огромное спасибо за всё.

Ужасная клиника с некомпетентными врачами. Обращались с собакой по поводу крови в моче. Врач Степанкина посоветовала идти к неврологу. В результате без лечения собака умерла. Этот так называемый доктор наверное диплом в магазине купила.

Наши коты, а их трое, клиенты "Умной ветеринарии". Пришли туда впервые со старшим "найдёнышем" шесть лет назад. А потом и двое других лечились и прививались. Доктора на своём месте, всегда грамотно, вежливо и заботливо. Спасибо им за наших мохнатых и усатых пацанов.

4 из 5 звезд только по причине высокой цены в соотношении с другими клиниками! обращались с разными питомцами от собк до хомячков и всегда было очень доброжелательное отношение к нам! лечение оказано всегда соответствующее верно поставленному диагнозу! Из недостатков - не принимают по скорой так сказать, собака еле держалась и сказали примут только через 3 часа что не очень приятно, животное могло умереть прямо в коридоре!

Обратились в клинику по поводу удаления доброкачественного образования.
Сделали анализ крови, изначально цена была 53.50р, а по итогу стало 63.50р.
Два раза кололи, так как первый раз была неудачная попытка. Результаты УЗИ которые шли "бонусом" даже не показали и не выдали на руки, мотивировав это глупыми отговорками, типо это УЗИ для себя, а не для нас. По результатам УЗИ отзвонились по телефону и сказали что можно оперировать в ближайшее время. Изначально надо было удалять образование, но настаивали, что нужно удалять матку и яичники. Сходили проконсультироваться в другую клинику, где нам сказали, что необязательно стерилизовать, можно удалить только опухоль. А по итогу вообще после операции оказалось, что у собаки сердечная недостаточность и она еле отошла от наркоза. Если бы сделали стерилизацию, собака бы скорее всего не выжила, так как операция более длительная и наркоз намного сильнее.
НЕ рекомендую это место.

В целом довольна, приятный персонал. Но последний визит заставил сменить ветклинику. Очень долго тянули с диагнозом. У кошки произошла аллергия, врач ходил вокруг да около, о том, что это может быть аллергия не сказал ни слова. Дали абсолютно непонятные рекомендации, хотя там и ежу понятно было, что у кошки аллергия. Приезжали трижды, так как рекомендации не помогли. Пришлось везти в другую клинику, там уже наличие аллергии признали, назначили лечение и на второй день день кошка пошла на поправку.
