It was the mistake of my life to take my Apple MacBook Pro (2018) device to the "Computer of Hope" for a simple liquid contact problem. Completely Inadequate Technical Service: My device was returned with the word "repaired", but not only did the old problem persist, a new crunching sound began to come from the area they were trying to repair. When I showed it to another technical service, I was told that there were traces of solder inside the device, haphazardly made, sloppy and amateurish. So, they broke the device even more! Terrible Pricing and Deception: At first, a figure such as 1200 TL was pronounced. When the repair did not take place and my device was in a broken state, they demanded a 2000 TL "labor" fee from me! The fact that they demanded an unfair and inflated fee even though they didn't do a job made me feel like I was being "scammed". Staff Disrespect and Communication Neglect: I was not called back in any way during the process. When I called to get information, the person on the phone said with an extremely rude, sarcastic and insulting attitude, "Don't keep calling, we'll let you know when it's over!" he scolded in the form of. I never want to see their faces again. Closing: This store has neither technical competence nor a basic code of customer service ethics.
